    摘要: The present invention relates to a coating solution for preventing adhesion of polymer scale and a method for preventing scale adhesion during preparation of polymers which can provide polymers having high quality without coloring thereof while preventing adhesion of polymer scale to a polymerizer when a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond is polymerized. A coating solution for preventing adhesion of polymer scale which comprises anaphthoquinone natural dyestuffs, anthraquinone natural dyestuffs, tannin natural dyestuffs, xanthone natural dyestuffs, flavonoid natural dyestuffs, or/and benzoquinone natural dyestuffs and a polyvinyl alcohol having a degree of saponification of not less than 70 mole % was applied on at least a part of a polymerizer which comes in contact with a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond and was dried to give a coating film during polymerization thereof.

    摘要: The invention provides a method for increasing the color density of a dyed fabric material of, especially, a synthetic fiber as well as the fastness of the color to rubbing and washing. The inventive method comprising (a) pretreating the dyed fabric material with an organopolysiloxane which is an amino-modified organopolysiloxane or a dimethylpolysiloxane, and then (b) exposing the thus pretreated dyed fabric material to low temperature plasma of an inorganic gas under a reduced pressure. The inorganic gas is preferably oxygen or a gaseous mixture containing at least 10% by volume of oxygen. The color-deepening effect is particularly remarkable when the color of the dyed fabric material is black to impart increased graveness and vividness of the color.

    摘要: The invention provides a novel method for improving the surface properties or, in particular, the susceptibility to adhesive bonding of a shaped article of a synthetic polymer having aromatic rings and nitrogen atoms in the backbone chain of the polymer molecule, such as polyimides, polyamidoimides and polyaramides, so that the mechanical strengths of a resinous composite material reinforced with such a shaped article, e.g. fibers and cloths, may be greatly improved. The method comprises subjecting the surface of the shaped article to exposure to low temperature plasma of an inorganic, in particular, oxidizing gas generated by the glow discharge between electrodes under a reduced pressure, the discharge voltage between the electrodes being at least 4000 volts.

    摘要: The invention provides a means for solving the problem of poor affinity between the surface of carbon fibers and a synthetic resin in a resin-based composite material reinforced with the carbon fibers. The method comprises subjecting the surface of the carbon fibers in advance to exposure to low temperature plasma in a low pressure atomosphere of an inorganic gas generated by applying an electric voltage between electrodes. It was unexpectedly discovered that the discharge voltage between the electrodes is very critical and satisfactory results can be obtained when the peak-to-peak value of the discharge voltage between electrodes is 4000 volts or higher. The composition of the atmospheric inorganic gas is also important and the gas is preferably oxygen gas or a gaseous mixture containing at least 10% by volume of oxygen.

    摘要: A novel method is proposed for improving the surface properties or, in particular, for increasing the affinity to water of and for reducing accumulation of static electricity on the surface of a shaped article made of an acrylic resin. The inventive method comprises first exposing the surface of the shaped article to low temperature plasma of a gas having no polymerizability in plasma and then bringing the plasma-treated surface into contact with an aqueous solution containing a surface active agent. The effect of the inventive method is so strong and durable that the treated surface remains antistatic even 6 months after the treatment.
