摘要: A part cartridge for a mounter device used in a mounting process for mounting electronic parts on a substrate by heating the substrate to a predetermined temperature after the electronic parts are mounted on the substrate put on a conveying carrier by the mounter device, comprising holding part holding the substrate in the state of being fitted to the conveying carrier, and a guide tape holding the holding part. The holding member is stored in the state of being wound together with the guide tape so that the holding part can be mounted on the conveying carrier by the mounter device. By this, a method of holding and carrying the substrate for mounting the holding part on the conveying carrier by using the mounter device can be adopted in the mounting process. The deflection of the substrate in reflow can be securely prevented while suppressing cost by effectively utilizing the existing mounting line and devices.

摘要: A jig for holding and conveyance having a weak-adherence adhesive pattern on a plate surface on which a printed circuit board having a conductive portion and a non-conductive portion on the surface of an insulating substrate is placed and held. The weak-adherence adhesive pattern is formed by being restricted to a position corresponding to non-conductive portion. A jig for holding and conveyance is also disclosed which has a fluorine-based resin layer on a plate surface on which a printed circuit board having a conductive pattern on the surface of an insulating substrate is placed and held. On the fluorine-based resin layer, the printed circuit board is held so that the conductor pattern surface of the printed circuit board is approximately parallel to the plate surface. A jig for holding and conveyance can be provided which is capable of reducing manufacturing defects in a step of connecting electronic components or the like on the surface of a thin printed circuit board or in a step of manufacturing the printed circuit board, and which is capable of low-cost production.

摘要: An image processing apparatus includes a reading unit reading an original document image, a correction coefficient calculating unit for calculating a chromatic aberration correction coefficient by using RGB data of the read original document image, a memory unit for temporarily storing the calculated chromatic aberration correction coefficient, a correction coefficient correcting unit for calling the stored chromatic aberration correction coefficient and correcting it, and a chromatic aberration correcting unit for correcting chromatic aberration of the RGB data read by the reading unit by using the corrected chromatic aberration correction coefficient. The correction coefficient correcting unit corrects a chromatic aberration correction coefficient for a target pixel by using a chromatic aberration correction coefficient for a pixel adjoining the target pixel and accordingly an adequate chromatic aberration correction coefficient is determined. In this way, an image processing apparatus capable of easily correcting chromatic aberration according to an actual state of chromatic aberration can be provided.

The data processing system includes a plurality of MPUs which execute a series of processings to data to be processed in a prescribed order, and a data flow control portion which determines the progress of a processing in each of the plurality of processings and changes the processings executed by each of the plurality of processors if there is a delayed processing, and processings by the plurality of MPUs are executed asynchronously. If the loads of the plurality of MPUs change based on difference in data, the loads of the plurality of MPUs are equalized.

摘要: The method and apparatus particularly adapted for reducing the storage capacity of line memories needed for temporarily storing image data for lines until image data for the last line is obtained in digital filtering. Inputted image data are divided into a plurality of blocks, each of which consists of image data obtained from n pixels. The integer n may assume a value of 8, 16, 32, etc. The constituents of one block after another are compressed such that image data consisting of 8 bits per pixel are converted into encoded data consisting of 2 bits per pixel. Data on a dynamic range and an average value for each block are added as a headder to the encoded data. Compressed image data are taken out of a buffer memory after being temporarily stored therein and, together with or separately from compressed image data newly outputted from a compression unit, subjected to image processing such as MTF correction in an arithmetic unit. Image processing to be carried out in the arithmetic unit normally includes expansion and correction to be carried out independently of or simultaneously with each other.

摘要: A semi-rigid polyurethane foam having a strength retention of not less than 70% when allowing it to stand at 120° C. for 24 hours, and a Haze value of not more than 2 as determined by Fogging test, prepared by mixing a polyol mixture comprising a polyol, water and a catalyst with a polyisocyanate, and foaming the resulting mixture, and a process for preparing the same. The semi-rigid polyurethane foam would not cause fogging under high-temperature conditions, and can be suitably used for interior materials of automobiles such as headrests and armrests.
