    摘要: An electronically controlled fuel injection system in which terminating fuel injection is improved is disclosed. A reference position detector is adapted to generate a synchronizing signal at the predetermined angular position of an engine. A first computing circuit is connected to compute the required fuel injection interval in response to the synchronizing signal and a second computing circuit is connected to compute the rotation interval between two synchronizing signals successively generated. A further computing circuit is connected to compute the time interval which is equal to the difference between the rotation interval and the injection interval. The fuel injection is started when the time interval computed by the further computing circuit has passed after the generation of the synchronizing signal and is attained during the computed injection interval, whereby the fuel injection is terminated at the same position as the predetermined angular position.

    摘要: A digital logarithmic function generator comprising a converter circuit for producing an output signal which is proportional to the number of input signals, a setting circuit the content n of which is changed each time the output voltage of said converter circuit changes by a fixed amount Vo, and a modulator circuit for frequency modulating a clock signal train of a constant frequency with said content n to produce an output signal train the period of which varies proportionally with 2.sup.nVo, the output signal train of said modulator circuit being applied to said converter circuit as the input signal thereto. The present digital logarithmic function generator is useful in various control systems, such as an electronically controlled fuel injection system, in which an electrical signal which is logarithmically related to time is required.

The air gap formed between the bored block of the stator core and the rotor in the direction parallel with the magnetic path in the stator core is relatively long, while the air gap formed between the bored block of the stator core and the rotor in the direction perpendicular to the magnetic path in the stator core is relatively short. In this device, the angle of rotation of the rotor is continuously changed by the current flowing through the coil of the stator without requiring a spring for return motion.

    摘要: A rotary solenoid actuator for proportionally controlling the flow of fluid, such as air, in a pipe comprises a housing with a rotor rotatably mounted thereon. A stationary coreless coil for generating a magnetic field in response to a control current therethrough is mounted in the housing. A permanent magnet is affixed to a rotatably mounted shaft within the coil, and a return spring is attached to the rotating shaft. Due to low hysteresis in the coreless coil, there is a linear relationship between the control current and the fluid flow.

The system has a passage providing a communication between the compressor outlet of the supercharger and an exhaust by-pass valve actuator, the passage being communicated at its other end with the compressor inlet of the supercharger. A variable orifice valve is disposed at an intermediate portion of the passage opening to the exhaust by-pass valve actuator and the compressor inlet. Control means is provided to control the opening of the variable orifice valve in accordance with the amount of depression of the accelerator pedal of the vehicle or the opening of the throttle valve of the engine.
