摘要: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may obtain a set of measurements related to a unicast service channel based at least in part on one or more reference signals associated with the unicast service channel and a set of measurements related to a multicast/broadcast service (MBS) channel based at least in part on one or more reference signals associated with the MBS channel. The UE may apply one or more communication parameters to ensure continuity for an MBS service. For example, in some aspects, the one or more communication parameters are based at least in part on the set of measurements related to the unicast service channel and the set of measurements related to the MBS channel. Numerous other aspects are provided.

A communication device, such as a user equipment (UE) may monitor a pre-wakeup window during an inactive duration of a multicast discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle that includes multiple active durations and multiple inactive durations. The UE may receive, in the pre-wakeup window, a wakeup signal that indicates a quantity of the active durations in the multicast DRX cycle that the UE is to monitor and the UE may monitor the indicated quantity of active durations for multicast signals for the UE.

摘要: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) entity of a receiver device receives, from a radio link control (RLC) entity of the receiver device, a plurality of RLC data packets received from a transmitter device over an RLC unacknowledged mode (UM) data radio bearer (DRB) or RLC transparent mode (TM) DRB. The PDCP entity generates a plurality of PDCP data packets corresponding to the plurality of RLC data packets. The receiver device determines to send a PDCP status report indicating a reception status at the receiver device of the plurality of PDCP data packets and transmits the PDCP status report to a PDCP entity of the transmitter device. The receiver device receives, in response to sending the PDCP status report, one or more PDCP data packets of the plurality of PDCP data packets that were not successfully received at the receiver device.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for a user equipment (UE) to report packet switched voice call capabilities to a base station. The UE may explicitly report voice call capabilities via one or more system-level parameters that are transmitted to the base station. The base station may operate in a first radio access network (RAN), such as a 5G or new radio (NR) RAN. In cases where the UE indicates a capability for packet switched voice calls via the first RAN, one or more voice calls may be established with the UE via the first RAN. In cases where the UE indicates that it is not capable of packet switched voice calls via the first RAN, the UE may fall back to a different RAN (e.g., a 4G or LTE RAN, a 3G RAN, or a 2G RAN) for voice calls.

摘要: Systems and techniques are disclosed to reduce workload on base stations in a mobile network when content delivery networks cache content inside the network. A user equipment sets a flag only with those packets on the uplink which include requests that should be routed to the cache server inside the mobile network. The base stations perform deep packet inspection of those packets where flags have been set and forward other packets on to the rest of the relevant backhaul of the mobile network. After deep packet inspection, the base stations either route the packet to the cache server via an established connection or propagate the flag in an extension header to another network node for routing to the cache server. The resulting content is returned to the UE with the source address of the originally intended destination instead of the cache server, rendering the process transparent to the end user.

摘要: An OAM core network may receive a request for a ML/NN model and features associated with a ML/NN procedure. The OAM core network may determine a latest update to the ML/NN model and features based on the request and generate a response to the request indicative of the latest update to the ML/NN model and features. In aspects, a base station may initiate the request for the ML/NN model and features by transmitting the request for the ML/NN model and features to the OAM core network. The base station may receive the generated response of the OAM core network based on the transmitted request. In further aspects, a UE may initiate the request for the ML/NN model and features by transmitting the request to the base station, where the UE may receive the ML/NN model and features from the base station based on the transmitted request.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a master node (MN) may determine to reconfigure a user equipment (UE) from an existing configuration to a full configuration for a dual connectivity (DC) mode. To perform the reconfiguration, the MN may transmit a signal (e.g., a modification request message) indicating the full configuration to a secondary node (SN). The SN may identify the full configuration reconfiguration triggered at the MN based on the signal. The SN may transmit an acknowledgment message to the MN including a secondary cell group (SCG) configuration for the SN complying with the full configuration. The MN may indicate this SCG configuration as part of the full configuration to the UE (e.g., in a radio resource control (RRC) connection reconfiguration message). The UE may perform a reconfiguration process and communicate with the MN and the SN according to the full configuration.

摘要: A delta configuration is signaled for handover of a wireless communication device (e.g., a user equipment, UE) from a first form of connectivity to a second form of connectivity. For example, a UE with master cell group (MCG) connectivity may be handed-over to multiple radio access technology-dual connectivity (MR-DC). In some examples, a UE with standalone (SA) connectivity may be handed-over to non-standalone (NSA) connectivity (e.g., dual connectivity). In conjunction with this handover the UE may be signaled as to whether the UE is to reuse a configuration from the first connectivity mode during the second connectivity mode.

摘要: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus for wireless communications that support fast user equipment (UE) handover between base stations. A UE may receive, from a source base station, a configuration for reference signal transmission at a set of uplink transmit power levels. The UE may transmit multiple uplink reference signal repetitions based on the configuration. The source base station may transmit a request message to a target base station to measure the multiple uplink reference signal repetitions. The target base station may select an uplink reference signal and measure a transmit power correction. The target base station may transmit an indication to the source base station of the selection and transmit power correction. The source base station may evaluate the indications and select the target base station. The source base station may forward to the indicated contents, and the UE may switch and synchronize with the target base station.
