    Abstract: A display system with high display quality in which display unevenness is reduced is provided. The display system includes a processing unit and a display portion. The processing unit generates second image data by using first image data. The display portion displays an image on the basis of the second image data. The processing unit includes three layers. The first image data is supplied to the first layer. The first image data contains a plurality of pieces of data. The plurality of pieces of data each correspond to any one of the plurality of pixels. The first layer generates first arithmetic data by making the number of data corresponding to one pixel larger than the number of the first image data by using the first image data. The second layer generates second arithmetic data by multiplying the first arithmetic data by a weight coefficient. The third layer generates the second image data by making the number of data corresponding to one pixel smaller than the number of the second arithmetic data by using the second arithmetic data.

    Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a highly reliable display device. In particular, a display device to which a signal or a power supply potential can be supplied stably is provided. Further, a bendable display device to which a signal or a power supply potential can be supplied stably is provided. The display device includes, over a flexible substrate, a display portion, a plurality of connection terminals to which a signal from an outside can be input, and a plurality of wirings. One of the plurality of wirings electrically connects one of the plurality of connection terminals to the display portion. The one of the plurality of wirings includes a first portion including a plurality of separate lines and a second portion in which the plurality of lines converge.

    Abstract: A glass pattern that can be used for a substrate provided with a material having low heat resistance and has increased productivity is provided. Further, a sealed body having high hermeticity and increased productivity is provided. Furthermore, a light-emitting device with high reliability including such a sealed body is provided. A glass sheet is used for a main portion of a glass pattern such as a straight line portion and a curved portion. In a joint portion of two glass sheets arranged in the corner portion, the straight line portion, or the like of the glass pattern, a frit paste is provided in contact with the glass sheets and is locally heated to remove the binder from the frit paste and to form a glass layer; thus, the glass sheets are fused to each other without any space provided therebetween.

    Abstract: A display device that can easily have high resolution is provided. A display device having both high display quality and high resolution is provided. A display device with high contrast is provided. A first EL film is deposited in contact with a top surface and a side surface of each of a first pixel electrode and a second pixel electrode each having a tapered shape. A first sacrificial film is formed to cover the first EL film. The first sacrificial film and the first EL film are etched to expose the second pixel electrode and form a first EL layer over the first pixel electrode and a first sacrificial layer over the first EL layer, and then, the first sacrificial layer is removed. The first EL film and the second EL film are etched by dry etching. The first sacrificial layer is removed by wet etching.
