摘要: An information processing apparatus is provided and operates as a managing server that distributes incentive using transfer device information with respect to content. A communication unit receives inter-device transfer information with respect to output content from an information providing device, the information being in the form of device identifiers for at least the information providing device and one or more user devices that executed content transfers. A controller then executes processing to designate the incentive recipients as being the device managers associated with the acquired device identifiers. In so doing, incentive can be distributed to the managers or users of user devices that relay content between an information providing device and a product purchaser.

摘要: A system effectively performs content information acquisition processing and content purchase processing in which it is necessary to access different servers. If a user views information provided by an information providing server, for example, television program table information, and acquires content related to information selected from among pieces of information included in the television program table information, the user can transmit a content acquisition request including content specification information to a content providing server simply by dragging and dropping the selected information displayed on a display screen onto a toolbar included in a display unit or onto another server information display area. As a result, the user can effectively perform the selection and acquisition of content without switching between connections to various servers.

摘要: A liquid organosilicon compound comprising a structural unit represented by the following formula (1-a) and a structural unit represented by the following formula (1-b): In the above formula (1-a), R1 each independently is a group selected from an alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, cyclopentyl and cyclohexyl and in the above formula (1-b), R2 and R3 each independently are a group selected from an alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, cyclopentyl and cyclohexyl, and n is an integer of 2 to 50. When a mole fraction of the structural unit represented by the formula (1-a) in the liquid organosilicon compound is α and a mole fraction of the structural unit represented by the formula (1-b) in the liquid organosilicon compound is β, the ratio of α and n×β (α:n×β) meets 1:3 to 1:100.

摘要: According to one embodiment, there is provided an information recording device that records information on a magnetic disk using a magnetic head. The registering module registers position data of a temporary defective sector using a sector where an off-track has occurred as a temporary defective sector. The reading module reads data from a target track. The cancellation processing module performs inter-track interference component cancellation processing with respect to the data read by the reading module using data written to a track adjacent to the target track, in which when a sector adjacent to a processing target sector in a track width direction is a temporary defective sector registered in the registering module, inter-track interference component cancellation processing is performed using data written to a substitute sector corresponding to the registered temporary defective sector.

摘要: A communication device includes a communication unit that performs a wireless communication with an external device. The communication device also includes a control unit that establishes the wireless communication between the communication unit and the external device by using setting data received from the external device. Further, the communication device includes a data processing unit that stores the setting data in a storage unit before the wireless communication is released. The communication device additionally includes a power input unit, and a communication releasing unit that releases the wireless communication between the communication unit and the external device. The control unit uses the setting data stored in the storage unit at a time of re-performing a wireless communication between the communication unit and the external device. The communication releasing unit releases the wireless communication when power is not being supplied via the power input unit.

摘要: There is provided a wireless communication device that includes a first communication portion that performs non-contact communication with an other wireless communication device and receives unit specific data indicating the other wireless communication device's communication function; a second communication portion that can communicate wirelessly faster than the first communication portion; a determination portion that determines, based on the unit specific data, whether the other wireless communication device's communication function is compatible with the second communication portion; and a format conversion portion that converts a format of transmission data that is transmitted to the other wireless communication device to a format that reduces the volume of the transmission data. If the determination portion determines that the other wireless communication device's communication function is not compatible with the second communication portion, the first communication portion transmits the transmission data to the other wireless communication device in the converted data format.
