摘要: A magneto-resistance effect element comprising a spin valve film including a first magnetic layer, a second magnetic layer and a non-magnetic layer interposed between the first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer. Among the first and the second magnetic layers, in at least one of the magnetic layers, close-packed faces of crystal grains which constitute the magnetic layer are isotropically dispersed. Such a magnetic layer, by setting a film thickness of an under layer having an identical crystal structure with the magnetic layer at 2.0 nm or less and by dispersing isotropically close-packed faces of crystal grains constituting the under layer, can be obtained with reproducibility. According to a magneto-resistance effect element comprising such a spin valve film, while maintaining a large MR change rate, for example, magnetostriction constant can satisfy such a low magnetostriction as 1.times.10.sup.-6 or less. Further, excellent soft magnetic property can be provided.

摘要: An ink jet print head is configured to reduce the inclination of an ink ejection direction to make improper print conditions such as stripes and density unevenness unnoticeable. An individual wire is extended to lie under a common wire. Thus, wires under ink channels arranged on the respective opposite sides of a pressure chamber are symmetric. Consequently, an equivalent step structure is provided at the bottoms of the ink channels arranged on the respective opposite sides of the pressure chamber.

The main body casing has a rear side portion having thermal conductivity, which is thermally coupled to the substrate, and is capable of changing the irradiation angle of light emitted from the LEDs. A plurality of heat-radiating fins for forming grooves operating as a plurality of convection paths along the direction of changing the irradiation angle are provided on the rear side portion of the main body casing.

摘要: A light-emitting module may be configured to have improved light emission efficiency and light distribution characteristics. A light-emitting module may include a substrate having a front surface side as a component mounting surface and a rear surface side as a flat heat dissipating surface, a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged in a manner protruding at a central portion of the component mounting surface of the substrate. The light-emitting elements may radiate light at least in an upper surface direction and in a direction along the component mounting surface. The module may further include one or more lighting circuit components electrically connected to the light emitting elements by a wiring pattern arranged on the substrate and which is arranged closer to the peripheral edge side of the substrate than the light emitting elements on the component mounting surface of the substrate, and a connector for power supply connection.

The magnetic refrigeration system is arranged to use the magnetic refrigeration device.

摘要: The light source unit is provided with a substrate and a decorative cover having thermal conductivity. The substrate includes a circuit pattern area, in which a plurality of LED chips are disposed, at the middle part thereof, has thermal conductivity, and transmits heat from the circuit pattern area to an area in the outer circumferential direction thereof. The decorative cover encloses the substrate, is electrically insulated from the circuit pattern area, and is thermally coupled to the surface side of the substrate at the periphery of the circuit pattern area by being face-contacted thereto. Heat of the substrate can be radiated by the decorative cover while securing an electric insulation property with respect to the circuit pattern area.
