摘要: The present invention refers to a process and an apparatus for combination of steel tubes or pipes with plastic linings, in which steam is used as heat carrier to heat the steel tubes or pipes lined with linings. The apparatus comprises a multifunctional combining chamber, a multifunctional carriage for conveying tubes or pipes, an arrangement for steam circulating, which continuously supplies re-usable steam, a cooling and shaping arrangement and a controlling device. The steam circulating system comprises a furnace for re-heating the steam and means for supplying supplementing steam. The percentage of passing the qualification control is increased up to 99.9% by embodiment of the method and/or apparatus according to the present invention, while it is only 97% by a conventional apparatus, and the production capacity is increased by 15%. Thanks to the recovery and re-use of the steam in a circulating system, it will use only three tons of steam if the daily production is forty tons in a production line, and 405 RMB will be saved in a day. Thanks to the recovery and re-use of water in a circulating system, the water consumption for producing a ton steel and plastic combined tubes or pipes will be reduced by 8%. That means a remarkable economic and environmental value. The present invention will decrease the labor intensity of the workers and the cost that refers to the work time by 5%. The total cost for a ton tubes or pipes will be reduced by 10 RMB.

摘要: Exposed pipe joints formed of adjacent lengths of corrosion protective coated pipe sections have a protective sheet of synthetic resin material wound about the joint between the adjacent segments of coated pipe. The synthetic resin sheet is deployed from a reel on a coating applicator machine. The pipe joint and adjacent coated pipe sections are initially heated. The sheet of synthetic resin is then wrapped in successive layers over the joint. Pressure is also applied to the sheet material as it is being wrapped. The sheet layers are heated after being applied onto the joint. Wrapping and heating continues during deployment of the sheet material from the reel, and the resin sheet is cylindrically wound over the joint in successive layers until the desired coating thickness is obtained. The successive layers of wrapped sheet material fuse to form an integral protective coating over the pipe joint and the adjacent coated pipe sections.

摘要: A tubular pipe lining material impregnated with a thermosetting resin is inserted into a pipeline and made to expand and press against an inner peripheral surface thereof. Hot water or steam is sprayed onto the pipe lining material to cure the thermosetting resin impregnated therein. Hot water that has accumulated in a bottom part of the pipe lining material is pumped out to an external location by a pump and cooled by a cooling device to generate cool water, which is then sprayed via a hose onto the cured pipe lining material to thereby cool the heated pipe lining material. This enables the thermally cured pipeline lining material to be reliably cooled and rendering a water truck unnecessary that is required at a construction site to supply additional cooling water.

摘要: A method of repairing a target section of conduit is provided. First, a repair apparatus is provided with a material structure that engages the conduit. The material structure is defined by a plurality of fibers such that the repair material is flexible and seamless. A curable resin is introduced into the repair material by either injection or infusion depending on the type of resin utilized. Next, the repair material is placed in the conduit in proximity to the engaged aged section or target section of the conduit. The resin in the material structure is then cured, while the repair apparatus is in place adjacent the target or damaged section.

摘要: The present invention is an improved method for installing a liner to repair a pipeline. The method involves placing a flexible lining hose that is coated with a thermosetting resin in the pipeline. A thermosetting resin is also applied to the interior walls of the pipeline. A calibration hose is introduced into the lining hose and pressurized fluid is injected therein. The fluid presses the lining hose against the interior surface of the pipeline and cures the first and second thermosetting resins. The curing of the resins bonds the lining hose to the pipeline to form a rigid monolithic composite structure having high mechanical strength.
