摘要: The present disclosure provides a metal-plastic composite pipe compounding device and a compounding process, the compounding device comprising a material conveying apparatus, a workbench, and a support apparatus, a clamping assembly and a heating and cooling apparatus which are mounted on the workbench. The clamping assembly may move on the workbench; the material conveying apparatus moves a pipe to be machined into or out of the support apparatus; the support apparatus supports the pipe to be machined and may drive same to ascend or descend; the clamping assembly clamps and seals two ends of a plastic pipe of the pipe to be machined; and the clamping assembly drives the pipe to be machined to pass through the heating and cooling apparatus. In the present disclosure, a feeding process, a clamping process, heating and cooling processes and a discharging process may be completed in sequence by means of the compounding device.

摘要: A thermoplastic pipe and a method for producing it are described. The thermoplastic pipe includes a hollow inner liner layer, a semi-consolidated core comprising commingled fibers, and a shrink wrap outer layer. The commingled fibers comprise at least one thermoplastic fiber and at least one reinforcing fiber. The semi-consolidated core layer comprises a thermoplastic polymer matrix that is organized along the at least one reinforcing fiber. The method includes winding commingled fibers over the hollow inner liner layer at a designated angle to produce a core layer, covering the core layer in a heat shrinkable wrap, and heating to produce a semi-consolidated core layer. The semi-consolidated core layer comprises a thermoplastic polymer matrix that is organized along the at least one reinforcing fiber.

摘要: An eco-friendly buoy includes a foam including a cylindrical accommodation space in the interior of the foam, and coupling grooves at predetermined intervals at an outer surface circumference of the foam in order to fasten the foam to fixing members through wire; and a protective layer formed on an entire outer surface of the foam and protecting the foam from damage by waves or wind. The eco-friendly buoy is manufactured from eco-friendly expanded polypropylene and expanded styrene and has a protective layer on an outer surface thereof, thereby being protected from damage by waves or wind. In addition, the eco-friendly buoy may be used for a long time, thus reducing maintenance costs.

摘要: A pump interface tubing for use in a peristaltic pump includes a tubular core having an outer surface and a treatment on the outer surface. The treatment reduces static charge buildup on the tubular core during operation of the peristaltic pump, and thereby reduces the noise signal that might otherwise undesirably couple to a signal of interest. Treatments include nitrile layers, heat shrink layers, cotton fiber layers, and anti-static sprays.

摘要: A resin composition and method for installing a pipe liner that allows the liner to be fully wet out with a resin and activator and stored for a period of up to six months prior to installation and curing. A method of lining a pipe with a delayed curing resin composition is also provided that includes fully wetting out a liner with a blended two part epoxy composition such that the liner can be transported in a wet out fashion, placed in a pipe to be lined and repositioned as needed without concern for the resin composition to begin curing.

摘要: The invention utilizes temperature sensing to measure the internal temperature of an underground structure, such as a pipe, for the purpose of determining a proper cure interval and/or mix ratio of a resin system during a lining operation. A temperature sensor is placed within a pipe or other underground structure to be rehabilitated and at least one temperature measurement is taken within the structure prior to or simultaneously with the installation of a liner. Once the temperature of an internal aspect of the structure is taken, a cure schedule is utilized to determine the appropriate curing time based on test data obtained from baseline tests performed under simulated conditions in a soil cell apparatus. A computer program may be utilized such that upon entering the type of resin, the lowest recorded temperature of the structure, and the initial resin temperature, a cure schedule is supplied.

摘要: A catheter that includes a balloon. The balloon has an elastic inner layer and an elastic outer layer. The inner layer and the outer layer are inflatable and deflatable in response to a change of internal pressure of the balloon. The catheter includes a tubular reinforcement member positioned between the inner layer and the outer layer of the balloon in the radial direction of the balloon. At least part of the reinforcement member is not directly fixed to the inner and outer layers. The reinforcement member includes a wire-shaped member. The first end portion and the second end portion of the reinforcement member include ring-shaped inflation restrictors fused to the wire-shaped member. The inflation restrictors restrict inflation of the first and second end portions of the reinforcement member in the radial direction when the inner and outer layers inflate.
