摘要:
A nucleic acid encoding a CDK inhibiting protein, particularly a CDK6 inhibiting protein, is selected from the group consisting of: (a) DNA having the nucleotide sequence given herein as SEQ ID NO:1 (which encodes the protein having the amino acid sequence given herein as SEQ ID NO:2), and which are refered to as p18.sup.INK6 ; (b) nucleic acids which hybridize to DNA of (a) above and which encode a CDK inhibiting protein; and (c) nucleic acids which differs from the DNA of (a) or (b) above due to the degeneracy of the genetic code, and which encodes a CDK inhibiting protein encoded by a DNA of (a) or (b) above. Constructs containing such DNA, cells containing such constructs, proteins encoded by such DNA, antibodies which bind thereto, antisense oligonucleotides corresponding to such DNA, and methods of using the same are also disclosed.

摘要:
The present invention is directed to a novel protein with E2F-like properties and the cDNA that encodes for that protein. The purified protein exhibits biological activity which is deemed important to medical science in the study of cell cycle regulation in general and the specific study of the Rb rumor suppressor protein and certain viral oncogenes. The protein may be employed in a complex with pRb or other cellular proteins to study inhibitors of biochemical transformations of those proteins, such as for example the phosphorylation of the pRb portion of the complex, therefore aiding in the study of potential pharmaceutical agents useful against certain oncoproteins encoded by DNA tumor viruses.
摘要:
The present invention relates to peptides, proteins, nucleic acids and cells for use in immunotherapeutic methods. In particular, the present invention relates to the immunotherapy of cancer. The present invention furthermore relates to tumor-associated T-cell peptide epitopes, alone or in combination with other tumor-associated peptides that can for example serve as active pharmaceutical ingredients of vaccine compositions that stimulate anti-tumor immune responses, or to stimulate T cells ex vivo and transfer into patients. Peptides bound to molecules of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC), or peptides as such, can also be targets of antibodies, soluble T-cell receptors, and other binding molecules.
摘要:
The disclosure provides polypeptides comprising an engineered p27, or a fragment thereof such polypeptides may be used to form trimeric protein complexes with a cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (Cdk4) (or a variant thereof) or Cdk6 (or a variant thereof), and a cyclin D (CycD) or a variant thereof.

摘要:
Described herein is a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) platform with the ability to (a) serve as an ON/OFF switch (with the ability for tenability/titrability), (b) sense multiple antigens and perform logic computations, and/or (c) independently regulate multiple signaling pathways. The compositions provided herein permit the degree of control and discrimination necessary to optimize CAR T cell therapy. Also described herein are cells comprising such compositions and the use of these compositions and/or cells in the treatment of cancer.
摘要:
Disclosed herein are compositions and methods for detecting ESR1/CCDC170 gene fusions relating to cancer. Also disclosed herein are compositions and methods for diagnosing and treating cancers that include detecting an ESR1/CCDC170 gene fusion.
