摘要: An embodiment involves receiving a request specifying a particular process, wherein an event table associates event identifiers of events, process identifiers of processes that generated to the events, timestamps of times when the events occurred, states of the processes at the times, and references to related processes; generating nodes of a graph, wherein the particular process and each of its related processes are represented by entity nodes annotated with respective process identifiers, and the events are represented by event nodes annotated with respective event identifiers; generating edges between the entity nodes and the event nodes for which the events of the event nodes either were: generated by the processes represented by the entity nodes, or refer to the processes represented by the entity nodes; and generating edges between pairs of the event nodes that: generated by a common process, and the events of which occurred sequentially according to their timestamps.

摘要: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are disclosed herein for an application that optimizes the design element and workflow configuration of a target computer program. Generally, the application automatically displays preview images of graphical user interface in response to a user-input answer in a questionnaire, where the preview image accounts for design element and/or workflow impacts to the graphical user interface of the target computer program. The application also predicts performance indicators for target computer program that account for design element and/or workflow steps directly or indirectly selected through the user-input answers.

摘要: In some implementations, a device may receive project management data including text descriptions related to one or more requirements associated with a project. The device may identify a set of work items associated with the project and a set of existing dependencies among the set of work items associated with the project. The device may generate, based on the text descriptions related to the one or more requirements associated with the project, a set of recommended dependencies among the set of work items associated with the project using an artificial intelligence model. The device may generate a user interface to visually indicate information related to the set of existing dependencies and the set of recommended dependencies among the set of work items associated with the project and to provide one or more elements to manage the set of existing dependencies and/or the set of recommended dependencies.

摘要: A system configured to optimize resource allocation efficiency obtains a task. The system identifies a set of task features associated with the task, where the task features include a description, requirements, time criticality level, resource needs with respect to the task. The system identifies one or more entities impacted by the task. The system notifies the one or more entities to update the task features. The system receives the updated task features. The system determines a performance level associated with the task based on the updated task features. The system determines a priority level for performing the task based on the performance level and the updated task features such that a predefined rule is met. The predefined rule is defined to optimize at least one of task completion time, task result quality, and resource allocation efficiency.

摘要: A computerized-method for reducing wait-time in a multichannel-contact-center is provided herein. For each query that is not resolved by a hot, operating a Channel-Agnostic-Queuing (CAQ) module. The CAQ-module includes: a. selecting a digital-channel-type in a predetermined order; b. operating an aggregator module on the selected digital-channel-type to: (i) identify similar pending queries in a queue-database related to the digital-channel-type: and (ii) aggregate the received query and the identified similar pending queries into a group-of-queries; c. operating a tracker-module on the group-of-queries to identify a query-resolution and to send a notification as to the query-resolution to the customer and to related customers of the identified similar pending queries; and d. when a total-parking-period of the plurality of digital-channel-types is lower than an expected wait-time of the received query and the received query hasn't been resolved, repeating operations a.-c. until a query-resolution has been identified or all digital-channel-types have been selected.

摘要: To achieve the foregoing and in accordance with the present invention, systems and methods for workflow management are provided. In some embodiments, a set of data elements, which are extracted from medical information, are received. The elements are bundled according to one or more similar attributes to form work items. Work items are bundles of data elements for which value is to be extracted for a particular user objective. Next the workflows are configured according to event history for the work items, current action, and user context. The work items may then be routed through the workflow based upon the work items' “energy”. Work item energy is the probability and degree to which a next action taken in a workflow to that particular work item will further a user objective.

摘要: A method, system and computer program product for automatically arranging an event's agenda. Profiles are collected for attendees of the event, wherein the profiles include the attendees' social relationships, working relationships and job functions. The attendees' social relationships are analyzed to generate a social relationship graph that includes weightings for the attendees based on how well known they are to others of the attendees. The attendees' working relationships are analyzed to generate an organizational chart that includes the attendees' positions. The attendees' job functions are analyzed to generate rankings for the attendees based on task dependencies. An order for topics on the agenda is suggested according to the rankings for the attendees; introductions are suggested for the agenda according to the weightings for the attendees in the social relationship graph; and keynote speeches are suggested for the agenda according to the attendees' positions in the organizational chart.
