摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for user-centered visitor access management, which may include issuing, by a management office server, a digital certificate to a householder terminal; registering, by a wall-pad, a householder in response to a request to register the householder based on the digital certificate; requesting, by the householder terminal, the management office server to register a visitor based on a visit request from a visitor terminal and delegating the digital certificate to the visitor terminal; making an entry request to a management terminal based on the digital certificate; verifying, by the wall-pad, the digital certificate based on a request for verification for entry from a wall-pad management terminal and providing a verification result to the wall-pad management terminal when the management terminal is the wall-pad management terminal; and managing and controlling, by the wall-pad, permission to use home devices based on delegated permission information of the digital certificate.

摘要: A system providing self-service access to locked merchandise comprising: (a) providing a fixture that restricts access to the locked merchandise, wherein the fixture can automatically lock or unlock, allowing or restricting access to the locked merchandise; (b) providing a means of uniquely identifying an individual attempting to access the merchandise; (c) measuring a set of behaviors of the individual during any time the fixture is an open mode; (d) assessing whether the set of behaviors of the individual are suspicious or not relative to a set of suspicious event thresholds; (e) storing the individual and their set of behaviors as accessible records in at least one database; and (f) providing an algorithm which determines future access privileges of the individual to the enclosure based on a set of variables. Additionally, a system for maximizing sales of and minimizing theft of merchandise in a retail environment, the system comprising: (a) providing a merchandise fixture, wherein the merchandise fixture can allow or restrict access to the merchandise; (b) presenting a questionnaire to an individual; (c) providing a means of uniquely identifying the individual attempting to access the merchandise; and (d) allowing or restricting access to the merchandise based on the individual's responses to the questionnaire.

摘要: A method of verifying that a user is authorized to access a secured area via an entry point includes receiving at a first computer and from a user device associated with the user, check-in request information that includes: a membership number associated with the user and a travel event; and a lounge location. The method also includes generating a time stamp for the receipt of the check-in request; verifying that the membership number is a valid membership number; and verifying that the time stamp is within a predetermined window of time. The method also includes sending, in response to the verification, instructions from the first computer to a second computer positioned near the entry point to display a window that includes user information associated with the user.

The primary lock device determines a lock indication based at least in part on the lock configuration and a result of authenticating the user input, and transmits the lock indication to at least one secondary lock device for engaging or disengaging at least one respective lock mechanism of the at least one secondary lock device.

The computer transmits the first message to a user communication device, the monitoring device, or a central processing computer. The personal monitoring device determines that the individual is not following the travel itinerary or travel schedule, or that the individual has deviated from the travel itinerary or travel schedule. The monitoring device generates a second message containing information regarding a location of the individual and transmits the second message to the user communication device.

摘要: Embodiments herein are directed a vehicle authorization system for a parking facility. The system includes a gate assembly and a communication system. The gate assembly includes a gate, a gate actuator configured to move the gate, and a gate controller that receives and transmits wireless long range signals. The gate controller is configured to actuate the gate actuator to move the gate. The communication system includes a remote server computing device that is positioned offsite of the parking facility and a gateway device positioned at the parking facility and communicatively coupled to the gate controller and to the remote server computing device. The remote server computing device provides the wireless long range signals to the gate controller via the gateway device such that a construction material of the parking facility and the housing of the gate assembly minimally interferes with the wireless long range signals.

摘要: In biometric ticketing, physical token-less ticketing system using biometrics, a person may be identified using a digital representation of a biometric. Ticketing information may be ascertained based on the identification. The ticketing information may be provided, actions may be performed using the ticketing information, and so on. In some implementations, a checkpoint device receives biometric data from a person. A digital representation of the biometric data is used to obtain an identifier from an identification system. The digital representation of the biometric data may not be included in the identifier. The identifier is used by to obtain ticketing information from a ticketing system. The person may be allowed or denied entry into a ticketed area based on the ticketing information.

The processor is configured to receive a request for drop box services within a casino, the request including a pickup location and a requestor, control the propulsion system to navigate the robot to the pickup location within the casino, and authenticate an identity of the requestor in response to arriving at the pickup location. The processor is also configured to provide the requestor access to the secure storage area in response to authenticating the identity of the requestor, detect receipt, from the requestor, of at least one value instrument within the secure storage area, lock the secure storage area, and provide a receipt to the requestor in response to receiving the at least one value instrument within the secure storage area.
