摘要： A shift-lock device has a locking member associated with a projection member to engage with the locking member for establishing locking engagement. One of the locking member and the projection member is rigidly connected to a selector of an automatic power transmission and the other is rigidly secured to a stationary member in the vehicular body. The locking member is normally and resiliently biased toward locking direction for establishing locking engagement with the projection member. The locking member is associated with a lock release actuator which is electrically operable and active for a predetermined period only when a predetermined safety condition is established.

The force threshold detector comprises a resiliently deformable, or elastic, bar having a head portion, which is fixed with respect to the knob, and a foot portion which is fixed against deflection in a female element that is itself fixed to the downstream part of the lever.

摘要： A manual speed selector of an automatic vehicle transmission in which a line pressure is supplied from a manual valve capable of being changed over by a shift lever to control a plurality of solenoid valves so as to selectively supply hydraulic pressure to frictional engagement devices by shift valves. The shift lever can be moved between an automatic shift mode position and a manual shift mode position, and a transitive position is provided between these two mode positions. At the transitive position, the manual valve is set in a position such as to supply hydraulic pressure to set a neutral state based on the control of the solenoid valves. The shift lever can be immediately moved from this position to directly select any speed in the automatic shift mode or the manual shift mode. The above solenoid valves, a hydraulic control solenoid valve and a lock-up clutch engaging solenoid valve are controlled to enable rapid shifting in the manual shift mode as well as smooth shifting in the automatic shift mode.

摘要： An automatic speed changing apparatus for a vehicle for automatically controlling speed change in connection with movement of the vehicle, wherein a hold switch (180) for making a designation as to whether a hold processing, i.e., a processing of automatically holding the gear position (speed stage) of a transmission (160) selected at this time point should be executed or not is provided for a controller (130) for the automatic transmission apparatus independently of actuating levers (111, 112) in the form of a select lever or the like so that the controller executes the hold processing in response to actuation of a hold switch. In case where movement of the vehicle is shifted from forward movement to rearward movement and vice versa after the hold switch is actuated, the transmission is once forcibly shifted to a second speed stage (representative of a shift change) when the vehicle starts its movement, and thereafter when the vehicle speed is increased to reach a required speed stage which has been held, the required speed stage is automatically maintained as a result of the hold processing. With this construction, the automatic speed changing apparatus permits a work to be smoothly conducted at a high efficiency for a construction machine such as a wheel loader or the like vehicle.
