摘要: A light-trapping image sensor includes a pixel array and a lens array. The pixel array is formed in and on a semiconductor substrate and including photosensitive pixels each including a reflective material forming a cavity around a portion of semiconductor material to at least partly trap light that has entered the cavity. The cavity has a ceiling at a light-receiving surface of the semiconductor substrate, and the ceiling forms an aperture for receiving the light into the cavity. The lens array is disposed on the pixel array. Each lens of the lens array is aligned to the aperture of a respective cavity to focus the light into the cavity through the aperture.

The method includes the steps of cutting a surface of the mold while each of angle θ between the rotation axis of the cutting tool and a straight line passing through a point on the rotation axis and parallel to the z-axis and angle φ of a plane containing the rotation axis and the straight line around the straight line is kept constant; and cutting the plural surfaces while the values of angle θ and angle φ are determined such that a variance of the values of at least one of angle θ and angle φ is greater than a predetermined value.

摘要: A light field near-eye display device and a light field near-eye display method are provided. The light field near-eye display device includes a processor, a display panel, and a lens module. The processor calculates new ray tracing data based on a current eye relief, preset eye relief data, and preset ray tracing data, and adjusts preset image data according to the new ray tracing data to generate adjusted image data. The display panel is coupled to the processor and emits an image beam according to the adjusted image data. The lens module includes a microlens array and is disposed between the display panel and a pupil. The image beam is incident to the pupil through the lens module and displays a light field image.

摘要: The present invention relates to dust concentration measurement and to dust composition and particle size determination. Multimodal dust sensor is able to simultaneously determine the concentration, size and origin of dust particles in real time. Method of operation of a single measurement channel of the multimodal dust sensor comprises: collimating laser radiation; splitting the laser radiation into two beams: a first beam and a second beam; and focusing the first beam to form a probe volume, wherein a dust particle entering the probe volume: a) scatters the first beam, thereby providing a homodyne mode of operation, in which the second beam and the scattered first beam are combined; the combined radiation falls on the photodetector that registers the Doppler effect; and/or b) fluoresces, thereby providing a fluorescent mode of operation, in which the fluorescent light falls on the photodetector that registers the fluorescent light.

摘要: A quantum dot lens, a backlight module, a display device and a manufacturing method of the quantum dot lens are provided. The quantum dot lens includes: a first lens, which is a convex lens and is provided with a first lens surface; a second lens, which is a concave lens and is provided with a second lens surface opposite to the first lens surface; and a quantum dot fluorescent resin layer, provided between the first lens surface and the second lens surface, and including more than one quantum dot fluorescent material. With the above structure, the quantum dot lens has a simple manufacturing process and ease of mass production, saves the quantum dot fluorescent material, and solves the problems of poor consistency and blue light leakage of existing quantum dot lenses.
