    摘要: A method of producing a mold for a microlens array with a cutting tool rotating around a rotation axis, microlenses having the substantially same shapes. A z-axis of an (x, y, z) coordinate system is in the direction of the central axis of a surface of the mold. The method includes the steps of cutting a surface of the mold while each of angle θ between the rotation axis of the cutting tool and a straight line passing through a point on the rotation axis and parallel to the z-axis and angle φ of a plane containing the rotation axis and the straight line around the straight line is kept constant; and cutting the plural surfaces while the values of angle θ and angle φ are determined such that a variance of the values of at least one of angle θ and angle φ is greater than a predetermined value.

    摘要: The present invention relates to dust concentration measurement and to dust composition and particle size determination. Multimodal dust sensor is able to simultaneously determine the concentration, size and origin of dust particles in real time. Method of operation of a single measurement channel of the multimodal dust sensor comprises: collimating laser radiation; splitting the laser radiation into two beams: a first beam and a second beam; and focusing the first beam to form a probe volume, wherein a dust particle entering the probe volume: a) scatters the first beam, thereby providing a homodyne mode of operation, in which the second beam and the scattered first beam are combined; the combined radiation falls on the photodetector that registers the Doppler effect; and/or b) fluoresces, thereby providing a fluorescent mode of operation, in which the fluorescent light falls on the photodetector that registers the fluorescent light.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a sterile stack of peelable lenses includes coating a first lens (or stack of lenses) with a first adhesive coating, heating the first adhesive coating to initiate curing, exposing the first adhesive coating to ultraviolet light to continue curing, laminating a second lens (or stack of lenses) onto a surface of the first adhesive coating to produce a stack of lenses, coating the second lens with a second adhesive coating, heating the second adhesive coating to initiate curing, exposing the second adhesive coating to ultraviolet light to continue curing, laminating a third lens (or stack of lenses) onto a surface of the second adhesive coating to add the third lens to the stack of lenses, and exposing the stack of lenses to an electron beam to continue curing of the first and second adhesive coatings.
