The .[.golf car.]. .Iadd.vehicle .Iaddend.includes a control adapted and connected to regulate the current in each of the armature and field windings for controlling speed in response to an operator's command. The .[.golf car.]. .Iadd.vehicle .Iaddend.incorporates overspeed detect sensing the magnitude of current in each of the armature winding and the field winding and detecting when the current in the armature winding reverses direction. The magnitude of the armature winding current upon such reversal is compared to a preselected value and an overspeed signal generated when the reverse current magnitude exceeds the preselected value. The field current is then controlled, in response to the overspeed signal, to limit the speed of the .[.golf car.]. .Iadd.vehicle .Iaddend.to inhibit the overspeed condition. Additionally, the voltage at the motor armature winding is monitored during a time period when the motor is in a non-energized condition and a motion signal indicative of motor armature rotation is provided upon detection of a motor armature winding voltage. The motor field winding is energized, in response to the motion signal, with a voltage of a polarity for generating a field current to cause the motor to act as an electric current generator and the current generated by the motor armature is circulated through a plugging diode and into the motor armature for electrically retarding rotation of the motor armature by plug braking.

    摘要: A pulse action facial massager apparatus including a headset assembly for mounting to a user's head. A pair of flexible extension fingers extending from opposite sides of the headset assembly each of which is operably coupled to a vibrating device each generating an independent vibrating action. A tip portion of each extension finger is manually movable for selected contact at independent portions of the user's head. Hence, the respective vibrating device transmits the vibrating action thereof along the extension finger to the respective tip portion. Each vibrating device includes a motor that is controlled by an electronic controller mounted on the headset assembly. The controller permits user-variation of the repetition rate and duty cycle of the motors. This permits the user to vary the vibrational patterns produced by the present invention. In an automatic mode, duty cycle is automatically varied by a sawtooth waveform to produce a dynamically changing pattern of massage intensity. The control also includes a timer that after a preset time gradually diminishes the duty cycle and thus the intensity of the vibrations.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for preventing overspeed of an electrically powered golf car having a shunt wound direct current electric motor with an armature winding and a field winding serially connected to respective switching devices and to a source of on-board direct current electric power. The golf car includes a control adapted and connected to regulate the current in each of the armature and field windings for controlling speed in response to an operator's command. The golf car incorporates overspeed detection by sensing the magnitude of current in each of the armature winding and the field winding and detecting when the current in the armature winding reverses direction. The magnitude of the armature winding current upon such reversal is compared to a preselected value and an overspeed signal generated when the reverse current magnitude exceeds the preselected value. The field current is then controlled, in response to the overspeed signal, to limit the speed of the golf car to inhibit the overspeed condition.     摘要: There is disclosed a phase controller comprising: a motor; a rotation detector for converting a motor rotating condition into a speed signal and a phase signal; a speed comparison circuit for detecting a difference between the speed signal and a speed target value; a resettable phase signal generating circuit for generating a phase reference signal; a phase comparison circuit for detecting a phase difference between the phase signal and the phase reference signal and outputting a reset signal to the phase signal generating circuit according to the output of the speed comparison circuit; a synthesizing circuit for synthesizing the output of the speed comparison circuit and the output of the phase comparision circuit; and a motor driving circuit for driving the motor according to the output of the synthesizing circuit. By resetting the phase reference signal according to the motor phase, the phase control pulling-in time is reduced to improve response.

    摘要: A controller of a DC brushless motor comprises a microcomputer. The microcomputer receives signals from three hall elements being disposed in association with the DC brushless motor and for detecting the rotating position of a rotor magnet of the DC brushless motor. On the basis of the position detecting signals, the data of the rotating number of the rotor magnet may be evaluated. When the number of the rotation thus evaluated is below the predetermined rotating number, the microcomputer stops the power supply to the DC brushless motor from a switching power source. In order to evaluate such data of rotating number, an internal interruption is started at every predetermined period in the microcomputer. The microcomputer determines at every internal interruption whether or not a counter which is reset at each rotation of the rotor magnet has overflowed, and the data of rotating number is evaluated on the basis of repetition times of the internal interruptions and periods required for such overflow.

    摘要: A low pressure control system for chemical vapor deposition (CVD) apparatus, including a vacuum pressure chamber and an exhaust pump, is provided by a vacuum pump DC motor which is supplied power from a DC motor speed controller coupled to a DC control input signal from a pulsewidth modulation DC converter. The converter receives a single pulsewidth modulated pulse train having its percentage of modulation controlled in accordance with a DC to pulsewidth modulation controller which operates in accordance with the difference between a pair of DC input signals corresponding to the actual pressure inside the vacuum pressure chamber and a desired or set point pressure respectively. The vacuum pump motor speed and accordingly the exhaust pump is controlled with a high degree of precision, thereby providing improved coating uniformity of semiconductor wafers being fabricated by the CVD apparatus.

    摘要: A speed control circuit for a DC motor has a phase comparator to which is supplied a theoretical frequency, emitted by a clock pulse generator, and an actual frequency, emitted from a pulse transmitter connected to the drive shaft of the motor. A first rotation direction signal, obtained from a rotation direction indicator, and a second rotation direction signal, obtained from the comparator, are combined in a logic element, the output of which is supplied to a drive circuit for driving the DC motor. A reference voltage is also supplied to the drive circuit, the reference voltage being obtained from another output of the comparator and supplied to the drive circuit through a filter. The reference voltage is a DC voltage which is proportional to the amount of phase deviation detected by the comparator. This reference voltage is utilized by the drive circuit to set the proportional value of the current supplied to the DC motor.
