摘要: An apparatus for filling a vessel with a multicomponent filling product includes a filler having at least one filling unit set up to introduce the filling product into the vessel, and a filler tank set up for intermediate buffering of the filling product and in fluid connection with the filling unit via a product conduit to supply the filling unit with the filling product; and a mixer set up to blend the filling product from at least two filling product components, wherein the mixer has a circulation conduit; and the mixer has at least one dosage branch set up to introduce one filling product component into the circulation conduit, wherein the mixer has a heat exchanger set up to adjust the temperature of the filling product in the circulation conduit.

摘要: An exhaust aftertreatment system for an internal combustion engine includes an outer casing defining an exhaust flow path for exhaust gases from the internal combustion engine, a selective catalytic reduction unit provided in the exhaust flow path for reducing nitrogen oxides, a urea dosing device for adding urea to the exhaust flow upstream of the selective catalytic reduction unit, and a rotatable mixer device for mixing the urea with exhaust gases upstream of the selective catalytic reduction unit. The exhaust aftertreatment system further comprises an air inlet valve provided upstream of the mixer device for introducing air into the exhaust flow path, and an electric motor arranged for rotating the mixer device to create a suction of air into the exhaust flow path via the air inlet valve.

摘要: A dispensing device, comprising a plurality of microfluidic pumps, microfluidic valves, and a microfluidic mixer chip, for receiving and mixing microfluidic amounts of a plurality of fluids having differing viscosities, is disclosed. The device includes a plurality of pathways for moving fluids from associated reservoirs to the microfluidic mixer chip. A mix controller controls the microfluidic pumps and valves so that the fluids, having different viscosities, can be accurately mixed at specified microfluidic amounts or volumes according to a specified microfluidic recipe, and the microfluidic mixture dispensed from the device. The device can be in communication with a software application implemented on a mobile compute device, such as a smartphone, and receive instructions for implementing the specified microfluidic recipe from the software application such that the operation of device components is at the direction of the software application executed on the mobile compute device.

摘要: A tumbler crystallizer for crystallizing pelleted, tacky, polymeric materials includes a housing for rotatably supporting a removable paneled drum on rollers. The removable panels may be made of a transparent, heat-insulating material. The drum receives a flow of hot pellets through an inlet chute, and a tumbling action of the drum and internal agitators keeps the pellets in motion relative to each other to prevent agglomeration until they reach a desired level of crystallinity and are no longer tacky. Baffle plates are provided at intervals along the length of the drum to slow the flow of pellets therethrough to increase residence time. Damper plates are provided near the exit end of the drum to aid in building a bed of pellets within the drum, and also to control residence time of the pellets within the drum.

摘要: A separation device with two-stage gas-liquid mixture and conical spiral fields is provided. A first-stage uniform mixer performs first-stage gas-liquid crushing and uniform mixing process by an outer micropore ceramic pipe, a middle micropore ceramic pipe and an inner micropore ceramic pipe and crushes large bubbles in the gas-liquid two-phase flow into small bubbles. A second-stage uniform mixer performs second-stage gas-liquid crushing and uniform mixing process. A whirlpool-making gas collector adjusts the gas-liquid uniform mixing flow obtained after two-stage gas-liquid uniform mixing into hollow-core type high-speed two-phase spiral flow. A conical degasser performs gas-liquid efficient separation operation in a high-speed conical spiral field. A two-stage uniform mixing control system and a gas-liquid separation control system automatically regulate and control the flow and the flow pressure of the gas-liquid two-phase flow, the gas-liquid uniform mixing flow and degassed gas flow and degassed liquid flow.

摘要: The present invention discloses a preparation process of food-grade potassium dihydrogen phosphate, wherein phosphoric acid prepared from wet-process phosphoric acid is used for the preparation of high-purity potassium dihydrogen phosphate. The preparation process of food-grade potassium dihydrogen phosphate provided in the present invention effectively reduces the preparation cost of the high-purity potassium dihydrogen phosphate and has the advantage of high process controllability, and by such a process, high-purity potassium dihydrogen phosphate crystals that meet the food-grade requirements can be produced, which crystals have uniform particle size distribution and comprises few fine powder, having a very high market value.

摘要: With a method for heating in particular milk or milk foam, in which the milk or the milk/air mixture is conveyed through a passage opening and hot steam is conveyed through at least one steam line transversely into this passage opening. The passage opening and the at least one inlet opening opening transversely into the steam line, the steam pressure in this and the pressure and the pressure in the passage opening with flowing milk or milk/air mixture are so coordinated that the hot steam at the at least one transverse inlet opening condenses in the passage opening directly on contact with the milk or the milk/air mixture. Consequently the additional energy produced by the phase change from steam to condensate water is transmitted directly as heat to the heat in the milk or the milk/air mixture.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a device and methods for enhancing oil separation from produced water. One such method includes mixing a multiphase fluid having at least a water phase and an oil phase with a flotation gas, according to at least one operating condition, so as to produce an enhanced multiphase fluid having bubbles of the flotation gas therein. The oil phase is then separated from the water phase using a separator. At least one property associated with the enhanced multiphase fluid is monitored. The operating condition is adjusted as a function of the monitored property so as to increase a percentage of the oil phase separated from the water phase by the separator over a percentage of the oil phase that would be separated from the water phase without adjustment of the operating condition.
