    摘要: The present invention relates to a processing method of wire material and a processing device therefor at the times of intending to make the tip of wire materials such as guide wire for catheter thin and flexible by tapering.When the wire material passes through the electrolytic tub, the wire speed is made constant and the current value is controlled, or the current value is made constant and the wire speed is controlled to give the processings such as tapering. For the electrolytic polishing bath, it is desirable to use a mixed bath comprising trivalent alcohol, perchloric acid and monovalent alcohol.The inventive method exerts an effect that the tapering can be given efficiently and yet with high precision compared with the traditional method of mechanical polishing or the method of dipping one by one batchwise into the electrolytic polishing bath.

    摘要: Disclosed are novel 2'-alkylidenepyrimidine nucleoside derivatives represented by formula [I]: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is an amino gorup or a hydroxy group, R.sup.2 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a lower alkyl group, R.sup.3 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, and R.sup.4 is a hydrogen atom or a phosphate residue, or salts thereof.These novel compounds can be produced from uridine or cytidine derivatives by alkylidenating the 2'-position in the sugar moiety thereof with Wittig's reagent.Furthermore, the compounds have remarkable antiviral activities and therefore can provide novel antiviral agents.

    摘要: A 2-alkynyladenosine represented by general formula [I]: ##STR1## wherein n is an integer of from 2 to 15, has been found to have excellent properties as an antihypertensive agent. On the basis of this finding, the present invention has provided an antihypertensive agent comprising an antihypertensive effective amount of a compound of the above formula [I] and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The present invention also discloses a novel compound 2-alkynyladenosine of formula [I] shown above wherein n is 6 to 15.

    摘要: A chlorinated rubber having a chlorine content of about 5 through about 50% by weight and a Mooney viscosity (ML.sub.1+4 at 100.degree. C.) of about 20 through about 150 is presented. This chlorinated rubber is derived from the chlorination of (i) a copolymer rubber of ethylene and 1-butene having a mol ratio of ethylene/1-butene of about 85/15 through about 95/5 or (ii) a copolymer rubber of ethylene 1-butene and 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene having a mol ratio of ethylene/1-butene of about 85/15 through about 95/5 and a content of the 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene of 20% by weight or less based on the weight of the copolymer. The incorporation of the chlorinated rubber into a polyvinyl chloride composition results in the remarkable improvement of the impact resistance and flexibility, both at a low temperature, of the polyvinyl chloride.

    摘要: An alarm device for signalling a reduction of pneumatic vehicle tire pressure comprises an oscillator 6 having an oscillation coil secured to a chassis of a vehicle; and a resonator 1 secured to the peripheral portion of a wheel having a tire adjacent to the oscillation coil and consisting of a pressure switch 4 for sensing an abnormal tire pressure change and a resonance coil and a capacitor 5 tuned to an electromagnetic wave radiated from the oscillation coil. A signal processing device contains a means for sensing a change in an oscillation condition generated in the oscillator due to a resonant condition of the resonator switched on and off in accordance with abnormal internal tire pressure and for processing a signal from the sensing means; and an alarm for generating a warning signal in accordance with the output of the signal processing device. The latter comprises a signal input section 21 having a desired number of input terminals, a signal processing section 22 having an arithmetic circuit connected to the signal input section, a resettable latch circuit 30,32, and an alarm section 23 operated by the output of the latch circuit whereby an alarm signal is not generated at normal internal pressure and during stops of the vehicle.
