    Abstract: Disclosed are a measurement reporting method and apparatus, to resolve a problem that information about a measurement quantity change in a reporting periodicity is lost during measurement reporting in a current technology. The method includes: In a measurement reporting periodicity, a first communication device receives N reference signals sent by a second communication device in N reference signal periodicities, and measures the N reference signals to obtain M measurement values. The first communication device reports a measurement report of M measurement results to a positioning device, where N is an integer greater than 1, and M is less than or equal to N. The first communication device may be a terminal, and the second communication device is a base station. Alternatively, the first communication device may be a base station, and the second communication device is a terminal.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a paging method and an apparatus, to reduce paging overheads, and relate to the field of wireless communication technologies. In the method, a serving network device may receive positioning area information. A positioning area represented by the positioning area information herein is used by a terminal device to send an SRS in an inactive mode or an idle mode.     Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for processing information bits in a wireless communication network. A communication device receives a radio resource control (RRC) signaling, wherein the RRC signaling comprises time window information and time unit format information, wherein the time window information comprises a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) time sequence K1 set, wherein K1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and a time unit of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), or wherein the K1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a (PDSCH) and a time unit of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH).     Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method, a network device, and a terminal device. The method may include detecting, by a network device, a first signal in an uplink signal. The method may also include determining, by the network device, a signal structure of the uplink signal based on a result of detecting the first signal. Furthermore, the method may include receiving, by the network device, the uplink signal based on the signal structure, and/or responding to the uplink signal based on the signal structure. According to the data transmission method in the embodiments of this application, before receiving data, the network device can determine the signal structure, used by the terminal device, of the uplink signal, and then use a corresponding receiving method to avoid complexity and a reliability risk that are caused by completely blind detection performed by the network device.

    Abstract: This application provides a method for determining a time-domain resource used for grant-free transmission. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal device, a first time-domain period and a second time-domain period of grant-free transmission resources, where a size of the first time-domain period is P1 time units, a size of the second time-domain period is P2 time units, and P1 is greater than or equal to P2; obtaining, by the terminal device, a quantity k of grant-free transmission resources in the first time-domain period; and determining, by the terminal device based on the first time-domain period, the second time-domain period, and the quantity k of grant-free transmission resources in the first time-domain period, an index of a time unit in which a grant-free transmission resource used for grant-free transmission is located. In this way, grant-free transmission resources configured for the terminal device in two adjacent periods do not overlap.

    Abstract: An uplink information transmission method and apparatus are disclosed. The uplink information transmission method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, downlink control information DCI sent by a network device, and determining, based on the DCI, a transmission resource of a physical uplink shared channel PUSCH scheduled by using the DCI, where the transmission resource of the PUSCH overlaps a transmission resource of a physical uplink control channel PUCCH in time domain, and the PUCCH is used to carry to-be-transmitted uplink control information UCI; and when a first condition is met, sending, by the terminal device, uplink data on the PUSCH, and skipping sending the UCI on the PUSCH.

The method includes: obtaining, by a positioning apparatus, information about a transmission environment of each channel in a plurality of channels for a terminal device; determining, by the positioning apparatus, a target channel from the plurality of channels based on the information about the transmission environment of each channel; and locating, by the positioning apparatus, the terminal device based on positioning measurement information of the target channel. The positioning method and apparatus provided in this application helps improve positioning accuracy.
