摘要: The present invention aims to solve problems involved in the formation of a conductive or insulating layer in a pattern form by photolithography, i.e., an environmental problem associated with handling a solvent and a problem associated with wastewater treatment in the development with an aqueous alkaline solution. A method for forming a conductive layer (an anode bus 3) or an insulating layer (a barrier 1) on a glass substrate by photolithography using a photosensitive slurry solution prepared by mixing a low-melting glass powder as a binder and a conductive or insulating powder into a PVA-based, water-soluble photosensitive solution, wherein the content of B.sub.2 O.sub.3 component in the whole low-melting glass powder is closely regulated to not more than 6% by weight. This enables coating without gelation of PVA. Unlike the conventional photolithography using a solvent type photosensitive slurry, the method of the present invention can solve the environmental problem associated with handling a solvent and the problem associated with wastewater treatment in the development with an aqueous alkaline solution.

摘要: A motorcycle is provided with first and a second fuel tanks. These tanks are provided with fuel charging ports respectively. Both the fuel tanks are intercommunicated through a communicating pipe. Since the communicating pipe can be shut by a cock, fuel can be charged into both the tanks promptly through both the fuel charging ports. The communicating pipe is provided with a fuel pump actuated by a diaphragm communicated with an intake manifold of an engine. Accordingly, even if one of the fuel tanks is disposed at a location lower than the carburetor, fuel within the fuel tank can be fed to the carburetor via the other fuel tank. The first and the second fuel tanks may be combined to constitute a single fuel tank.

摘要: The insertion of new data into a major-minor loop memory is effected by selectively controlling the passage of bubbles through at least two gates provided between a bubble generator and the major loop. In a two-dimensional array of such memories, the write process is initiated by first applying a transfer signal to a selected row of the memories to transfer the data in the row into their respective major loops for subsequent erasure. Then, a gate signal is applied to a first gate of each memory in the selected row to condition it for write. Another gate signal is applied to a second gate of each memory in a selected column in accordance with the data to be inserted. This arrangement permits new data to be inserted into only the memory of the array that is located at the intersection of the selected row and column.

摘要: An image scanning apparatus includes a transport roller transporting an original, a CCD scanning a first side of the original, a CIS scanning unit scanning a second side of the original, and a flap for reversing the original and sending the original to a transport path. A CPU controls the transport roller, the CCD and the CIS scanning unit to scan each side of the original. The CPU determines from the result of scanning whether or not each side of the original includes a predetermined pattern. When the CPU cannot identify from the result of scanning of the second side whether or not the second side includes a predetermined pattern, the CPU controls the flap and a transport unit to reverse the original and cause the CCD to scan the second side.

摘要: The endoscope system includes an endoscope, a control unit, a beam source control unit and a type check unit. The endoscope has a radiation optical system for radiating a beam from a beam source onto a subject and an imaging optical system including an imaging device. The endoscope is removably connected to the control unit. The beam source control unit controls the emission beam intensity of the beam source according to a beam quantity specified value input from the control unit. The type check unit checks a type of the imaging device mounted on the endoscope. The beam source control unit has a plurality of control patterns representing a relationship between the beam quantity specified value and a control output value, switches to any one of the control patterns according to the check results, and controls the emission beam intensity according to the switched control pattern.
