摘要: On the surface of the spread multi-layered metal object, as reaches from outside to inside of step-wise, the pattern shaped concave is formed by reaching the lower layer of metal layer of the metal layer. The concave is formed as step-wise, the innermost reaches inside of the metal layer from the surface, the outer reaches the top of the metal layer from the surface, and the outermost reaches the top of the metal layer. The metals removed to form the concave remains inside and effectively control on the pattern part obtained at the end. As a result, able to form desired pattern stably.

摘要: In one embodiment, there is provided a feeder that includes: a feed table on which a plurality of papers are staked in one direction, wherein some of the papers are bundled by a staple; a take-out module configured to sequentially take out the stacked papers from an outermost surface of the papers; a first detector configured to detect whether or not the staple exists in the papers within a distance h measured from the outermost surface; a controller configured to control the take-out module in a first mode or a second mode. When the staple is detected in the papers within the distance h, the controller controls the take-out module in the first mode. When the staple is not detected in the papers within the distance h, the controller controls the take-out module in the second mode.

摘要: In a sheet conveying mechanism, a first bulging space and a second bulging space are provided on a downstream side and an upstream side, respectively, of a conveying path. The second bulging space has a length L1 along the conveying path. The conveying path between the first and second bunging spaces is defined to have a length L2. The lengths L1 and L2 are set to satisfy a predetermined relationship with a frequency of noise propagating through the conveying path. The sheet conveying mechanism can inexpensively reduce noise generated inside the conveying path during sheet conveyance without hindering the conveyance of the sheet.
