    摘要: The present invention provides a switching circuit and an electronic switching component having a switching semiconductor device to perform switching between a conducting state and a non-conducting state of a conducting path to thereby reduce the power loss thereof and a control method thereof. In the present invention, at least two FETs 11 and 12, wherein the FET 11 has a faster switching time and the FET 12 has a lower ON resistance. Active terminals (drains and sources) of the FETs 11 and 12 are connected to each other in parallel. By employing these FETs 11 and 12, the conversion between an ON-state and an OFF-state of the conducting path is performed. In converting from the non-conducting state to the conducting state, the control circuit 13 first turns on the FET 11 and then turns on the FET 12 when if a voltage between terminals of the FET 11 reaches around a saturation value thereof. In converting from the conducting state to the non-conducting state, the control circuit 13 first turns off the FET 12 and then turns off the FET 11 when if a voltage between terminals of the FET 11 reaches around a saturation value thereof.

When the absolute time or track number in the sub-code information decoded by the sub-code decode circuit is identical to the absolute time or track number stored in memory, the relays in the external device interface unit are switched to control the external devices connected to them. With this arrangement, external devices such as lights, slide projector, and illumination may easily be controlled in synchronization with optical disk playback information.

    摘要: An IC current measuring apparatus is provided between an IC and a substrate. The IC current measuring apparatus electrically connects each of a plurality of IC-facing terminals and a different one of a plurality of substrate-facing terminals. Especially, resistances are each inserted into a path between an IC terminal targeted for measurement and a substrate terminal corresponding thereto. Furthermore, the IC current measuring apparatus is provided with terminals each used to measure a voltage between both ends of an inserted resistance corresponding thereto. Accordingly, a measurer who measures current flowing through an IC-facing terminal can measure the current flowing through the IC-facing terminal by providing the IC current measuring apparatus between the IC targeted for measurement and the substrate and measuring a voltage between both ends of an inserted resistance corresponding to the IC terminal through which current he/she wishes to measure flows.

    摘要: One array antenna including three induction coils is formed on an application integrated circuit of a fixed housing. Eight array antennas, each of which is arranged in a manner similar to that of the array antennas of the application integrated circuit, are formed at intervals of 45 degrees around a rotation axis on an imaging process integrated circuit of a movable housing. A controller selects one of the eight array antennas of the imaging process integrated circuit so that a magnitude of a difference between a rotation angle of a movable housing and a rotation angle of the movable housing becomes equal to or smaller than 22.5 degrees based on the rotation angle of the movable housing, and controls a stepping motor so that a selected array antenna opposes to the array antenna on the application integrated circuit.
