摘要: A all-solid-state battery includes a first battery cell in which a negative electrode current collector including a negative electrode lead portion, a first negative electrode layer, a first solid electrolyte layer and a first positive electrode layer are sequentially stacked, a second battery cell in which a second positive electrode layer, a second solid electrolyte layer and a second negative electrode layer are sequentially stacked, a third battery cell in which a third negative electrode layer, a third solid electrolyte layer, a third positive electrode layer, and a positive electrode current collector including a positive electrode lead portion are sequentially stacked, a first connection electrode connected to the first positive electrode layer and the second negative electrode layer, and a second connection electrode connected to the second positive electrode layer and the third negative electrode layer. The first to third battery cells are connected in series.

摘要: This application relates to an end plate of a battery module as well as a battery module. The end plate includes a body and a connector connected to the body. The body is fixedly connected to a side plate through the connector. The connector is provided with a light shielding part. The light shielding part is located on a side of the connector that faces the side plate, and located between the connector and the side plate. In the end plate as well as the battery module according to this application, the end plate includes the body and the connector, and weldability between the body and the side plate is improved by the connector. The connector includes a light shielding part that avoids the problem of battery explosion caused by a laser beam radiated to a battery inside the battery module, and improves safety performance of the battery.

摘要: An accumulator may include a housing with at least two mutually opposite housing walls, accumulator cells arranged between the housing walls and following one another in a stacking direction, and at least one intermediate piece arranged in the housing between at least one of the accumulator cells and one of the housing walls and that retains the accumulator cells in the housing. At least one intermediate piece may be configured as a mutable intermediate piece in such a way that the mutable intermediate piece may be changeable between a first state having a first thickness extending in a spacing direction between the associated housing wall and the associated at least one of the accumulator cells, and a second state having a second thickness extending in the spacing direction, wherein the second thickness may be greater than the first thickness. In the state in which the mutable intermediate piece and the accumulator cells may be arranged in the housing, the mutable intermediate piece may be changed into the second state.

摘要: Fire protection materials comprising an endothermic hydrate, an intumescent, a heat resistant fiber and an elastomeric polymer. In various embodiments, endothermic hydrate comprises aluminum trihydrate, the intumescent comprises expandable graphite, and the heat resistant fiber comprises poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide). The elastomeric polymer may be a polyorganosiloxane, such as a phenyl substituted polydimethyl siloxane. Also described are structures comprising such fire protection materials, e.g., separators and other battery containment structures such as for use with high density lithium batteries.

摘要: A battery module with air cooling capability that includes at least two battery blocks; the battery blocks each include a plurality of cylindrical round cells arranged in corresponding receptacles of a cell holder, wherein longitudinal axes of the cylindrical round cells lie parallel to one another; air passage openings are provided in the cell holders, through which air can flow through the battery blocks in parallel to the longitudinal axes of the round cells; the battery blocks are stacked on one another with spacing so that a stack intermediate space results between adjacent battery blocks in the stack; a housing, including the stack made up of the battery blocks, wherein the stack is spaced apart from walls of the housing so that two terminal free spaces result between terminal battery blocks of the stack and the walls; the housing has at least one air inlet and at least one air outlet; a fan is assigned to the battery module to generate an airflow between the air inlet and the air outlet, and guiding means that ensure that the airflow is guided starting from at least one stack intermediate space between two adjacent battery blocks through the air passage openings in the cell holders between the cylindrical round cells of the individual battery blocks and through the terminal free spaces in a direction of the air outlet.

摘要: A rack type power source device includes a plurality of battery packs, a rack to house the plurality of battery packs being arranged, and a connector plate fixed to the rack at a far side in a direction in which the battery packs are inserted into the rack. The connector plate is provided with a plurality of connectors designed to be electrically connected to terminals of the plurality of battery packs. The connector plate includes a side wall that constitutes a part of a first-side wall of the rack, and a connector mount wall disposed at an inner position in the rack so as to form a depth difference from the side wall. The connector mount wall is provided with the plurality of connectors arranged corresponding to the battery packs housed in the rack.
