摘要: A vibration conformance compensation device includes a linear motor including a vibrator and a coil, a signal generator connecting with the linear motor electrically and outputting a drive signal for driving the linear motor to vibrate, a working parameter feedback module, a processing module connecting having a target vibration state value which is set in the linear motor in advance for comparing the real-time vibration state parameters of the linear motor with the target vibration state value to obtain the comparison result, and a signal conditioning module connecting with the processing module and the signal generator electrically and adjusting the drive signal in accordance with the comparison result to make the vibration state of the linear motor consistent with the target vibration state.

摘要: An OPO with very fast and accurate tuning. The angle of the crystals in the OPO is controlled by converting the linear motion of a voice coil into rotational motion. In preferred embodiments one or two OPO crystals are mounted as a crystal unit that can rotate around an axis such that the angle of the crystals with respect to the beams' direction can be varied to generate the desired wavelengths. The crystal unit has a lever that is connected to the shaft of the voice coil such that as the shaft extend or retracts the level is pulled or pushed and the linear motion of the shaft is converted to an angular motion of the crystal unit. The position of the voice-coil shaft is controlled in a close-loop based on a built-in encoder. The relation between the reading of the encoder and the crystals' angle is recorded and provides the calibration of the unit. Preferably calibration is done by measuring the output wavelength of the OPO as a function of the encoder position.

摘要: The invention discloses a real-time vibration state monitoring system. The system includes a linear motor, a signal generating module for driving the linear motor to vibrate, a working parameters feedback module, a calculating module, an initial position recording module, and a signal control module. The system can control the amplitude of the vibrator by monitoring the vibration state of the vibrator in the linear motor and adjusting the drive signal; therefore, the effect to normal working or reliability of the linear motor due to oversized amplitude can be avoided. A monitoring method is also provided.

摘要: A mobile body moves along a magnetic pole path. The magnetic pole path includes a first magnetic pole section and a second magnetic pole section. The mobile body includes a detector, a rate changing unit, and a position specifying unit. The detector detects a phase angle in accordance with a magnetic flux of the magnetic pole path. The rate changing unit changes a position conversion rate obtained by associating a phase angle of the magnetic pole path with a position of the magnetic pole path based on the phase angle detected by the detector. The position specifying unit specifies a position of the mobile body along the magnetic pole path based on the phase angle detected by the detector and the position conversion rate changed by the rate changing unit.

摘要: A method for operating an electromagnetic actuator includes an actuation event utilizing a current waveform for the actuator characterized by an initial peak pull-in current in a first direction of current flow when the actuator is commanded to an actuated position; and a reversed peak current in a second opposite direction of current flow applied after the actuator is commanded to a rest position. The reversed peak current has a magnitude that is greater than the magnitude of the initial peak pull-in current.
