    Abstract: A method for performing an active profiling of the sound emitted by a vehicle engine including the steps of injecting second acoustic waves (MW), which are able to combine with the first acoustic waves (EW) in a merge point in said primary propagation path and to generate third resulting acoustic waves (RW); and generating a driving signal for the diffuser by regulating the amplitude of harmonics of the driving signal (SP) as a function of reference acoustic waves and of a workpoint of the engine, calculating equalization coefficients (α1, . . . , αM) to be applied to the amplitudes of said harmonics of the driving signal (SP) via a self-tuning procedure, and comparing the reference acoustic waves (TW) with a simulation (SRW) of the resulting waves. The simulation (SRW) is obtained by applying to a simulation of the second acoustic waves a model of the secondary propagation path.

    Abstract: An instrument cluster, in particular for a vehicle, has a dial with a plurality of graphic areas, which are backlit by a device provided with at least one light source, with a front light-guiding element having a front face at least partially covered by a back surface of the dial, and with a rear light-guiding element; the latter has a receiving portion facing said light source and a transmitting portion, which transmits and guides the light received by the receiving portion and is spaced apart from and faces a rear face of the front light-guiding element; the rear face of the front light-guiding element has an optical compensation system, having curved convex or curved concave lens surfaces, for varying the intensity of the light transmitted from said transmission portion to the different graphic areas.

    Abstract: An electric machine provided with: a stator having a magnetic core longitudinally crossed by a plurality of stator slots; a stator winding having a series of rigid bars, which are “U”-shaped and are inserted through the stator slots defining an entry side, in which the cusps of the “U”-shaped bars are placed, and an exit side, in which the legs of the “U”-shaped bars are placed; the ends of at least two non-adjacent legs are electrically connected to one another by means of a connection bridge; and an insulating support is provided, which houses the connection bridge, is arranged under the connection bridge and has a plurality of through holes, into which some legs are inserted, which have to pass through the insulating support itself.

    Abstract: An electronic device including an electronic switch M1, an electrical pre-charge circuit and a measurement, command and diagnosis module. The main electronic switch M1 has a first electrical terminal D1, a second electrical terminal S1, and a main driving terminal G1. The main electronic switch M1 is adapted to take, based on a driving signal DRV, depending on the command signal CMD and on an enabling signal ENB, a closed condition or an open condition, wherein the first electrical terminal D1 is respectively connected to or disconnected from the second electrical terminal S1. The pre-charge electrical circuit is adapted to carry out, based on the command signal CMD, a pre-charge operation, aimed at equalizing the electric potentials (V1, V2) of the first and second terminals of the device, before the main electronic switch M1 takes a closed condition, upon of a transition from the open condition.
