    Abstract: A temperature sensor includes: a temperature sensing element including a temperature sensing portion, electrical characteristics of which vary depending on temperature, and an electrode wire for outputting an electric signal from the temperature sensing portion to the outside; and a sheath core wire (signal wire) electrically connected to the electrode wire. The electrode wire is made of a platinum-rhodium alloy. The platinum-rhodium alloy is composed of 0.1 to 1.5 mol % of Sr, 22 to 40 mol % of Rh, and a remainder composed of Pt and unavoidable impurities. The platinum-rhodium alloy has a second-phase mainly composed of Sr and Pt whose precipitated grains are dispersed in a matrix phase. An area ratio of the second phase at a cross section is not greater than 25%.

    Abstract: An ammonia generation apparatus is disposed in a stage after a urea water injection unit. The ammonia generation apparatus includes a main body which has an introduction opening for introducing exhaust gas, a discharge opening for discharging the exhaust gas, a first flow passage and a second flow passage which communicate with the introduction opening and the discharge opening and which are separated from each other. The ammonia generation apparatus includes a heating unit disposed in the first flow passage, and a first changeover section which is disposed on one side of the main body where the introduction opening is provided and which can switch the exhaust gas flow passage between the first flow passage and the second flow passage.

    Abstract: Provided is a spark plug capable of ensuring fouling resistance with a simple configuration. An insulator includes a step portion formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof. A center electrode is arranged in an axial hole of the insulator. A cylindrical metal shell having a shelf portion formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof is arranged radially outside the insulator. The insulator further includes a front end portion located frontward of the step portion. An outer circumferential surface of the front end portion has an arithmetic average roughness of 0.5 μm or smaller in a circumferential direction. A recess is formed with a depth of 3 to 20 μm in at least part of an end surface and the outer circumferential surface of the front end portion so as to extend from the front toward the rear.

    Abstract: A wiring substrate for electronic component inspection apparatus includes a first laminate which is formed by stacking a plurality of ceramic layers and which has a front surface and a back surface, and a plurality of studs joined to the back surface of the first laminate, wherein each of the studs is composed of a flange portion which is circular in bottom view, and a bolt portion which perpendicularly extends from a center portion of an outside surface of the flange portion; and the flange portion has a truncated conical shape and the outside surface from which the bolt portion protrudes, such that the outside surface slopes from the proximal end side of the bolt portion toward the peripheral edge of the flange portion and gradually approaches the inside surface of the flange portion.

    Abstract: [Objective] To provide a wiring substrate for electronic component inspection apparatus which includes a first laminate of resin layers with a plurality of pads for probe provided on its front surface and a second laminate of ceramic layers disposed on the back side of the first laminate and which, despite joining by brazing of a plurality of studs to the back surface of the second laminate, is free from deformation of resin of the first laminate caused by softening or the like and from accidental formation of a short circuit between brazing material layers used for the brazing and external connection terminals formed on the back surface of the second laminate.[Means for Solution] A wiring substrate for electronic component inspection apparatus 1 which includes a first laminate 3 composed of a plurality of stacked resin layers j1 to j3 and having a plurality of pads for probe 9 on its front surface 5, a second laminate 4 disposed on a back surface 6 side of the first laminate 3 and composed of a plurality of stacked ceramic layers c1 to c3, and a plurality of studs 20a joined to a back surface 8 of the second laminate 4 and in which the resin layers j1 to j3 of the first laminate 3 are formed of a resin having a thermal deformation temperature of 300° C. or higher, and the studs 20a are joined to surfaces of metal layers 16 formed on the back surface 8 of the second laminate 4 via brazing material layers 28, respectively.

    Abstract: A spark plug having a connection portion disposed between a metal terminal and a center electrode. The connection portion includes: a magnetic substance formed from a Fe-containing oxide; a conductor which is a wire helically disposed on an outer periphery of the magnetic substance and electrically connected to the metal terminal and the center electrode; and an intermediate member which is in contact with the magnetic substance, the conductor, and an inner peripheral surface of the insulator, is disposed between the magnetic substance and the conductor, and the inner peripheral surface of the insulator, and has lower electrical conductivity than the conductor. The conductor is made of one or more of an oxide conductor, carbon, and a carbon compound.
