The invention discloses a packaging structure and packaging method. The packaging structure includes a solder bump, a pad located on a front side of a chip, and an intermediate metal layer which connects the solder bump and the pad, wherein a through hole passing from a back side of the chip to the pad is provided on the chip, and the intermediate metal layer is connected to the pad within the through hole. In the packaging structure, a through hole is formed on the back side of the chip to expose the pad on the front side of the chip and the intermediate metal layer is connected to the pad within the through hole. This provides a relatively large contacting area therebetween. The connection thus formed is more reliable and stable, compared with the prior art structure.

A method for removing iodobenzene compounds from an acetic acid is disclosed. The method comprises contacting an acetic acid with palladium supported on macroreticular ion-exchange resins. A process for producing acetic acid is also disclosed. The process comprises carbonylating methanol in the presence of a carbonylation catalyst and a triphenylphosphine oxide stabilizer to produce acetic acid which contains iodobenzene compounds and removing the iodobenzene compounds by contacting the acetic acid product with palladium.

A process for producing light olefins and aromatics, which comprises reacting a feedstock with a catalytic cracking catalyst in at least two reaction zones, wherein the reaction temperature of at least one reaction zone downstream of the first reaction zone is higher than that of the first reaction zone and its weight hourly space velocity is lower than that of the first reaction zone. The spent catalyst is separated from the reaction product vapor, regenerated and then returned to the reactor. The reaction product vapor is separated to obtain the desired products, light olefins and aromatics. This process efficiently produces light olefins such as propylene, ethylene, etc. from heavy feedstocks, wherein the yield of propylene exceeds 20% by weight, and produces aromatics such as toluene, xylene, etc. at the same time.

The lead wires 17, 18 are adequately subjected to the wire laying process, and the audio performance is prevented from being lowered.
