摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons from waste plastics. The method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons from waste plastics according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may minimize formation of an ammonium chloride salt (NH4Cl) and may prevent an adhesion phenomenon of impurity particles in a reactor in a refining process of waste plastic pyrolysis oil containing impurities including chlorine and nitrogen. In addition, the method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons according to the present disclosure may have excellent refining efficiency and may implement a long-term operation of a process because deactivation of a catalyst used in the process is prevented, and may produce, from waste plastics, refined hydrocarbons including aromatic hydrocarbons that have a low content of impurities and a low content of olefins and may implement high-value-addition.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods for processing liquefied waste polymers (LWP) containing diolefins. The LWP feed is supplied to steam stripper A to provide a distillate containing diolefins and naphtha, and a distillate bottom. The distillate is subjected to hydrotreatment B to produce a diolefin depleted distillate which is separated by distillation C to give rise to one or more fractions comprising at least a naphtha fraction, an optional middle fraction and a bottom fraction. Hydroprocessing D of the naphtha fraction gives rise to hydrogenated naphtha which is suitable as a feed for a steam cracker E. Since the distillation bottom, bottom fraction and the middle distillate are predominantly free from diolefins, they can be mixed with crude oil and processed further in oil refinery.

摘要: The present disclosure refers in one embodiment to processes for making and transporting clean hydrogen fuel. The processes may involve hydrotreating, hydrocracking, or both hydrotreating and hydrocracking an aromatic feedstock under conditions to obtain a liquid hydrocarbon fuel. The liquid hydrocarbon fuel is hydrogenated to obtain a hydrogen-rich fuel that is transported to a dehydrogenation facility that may also be at or near a hydrogen station. The hydrogen-rich fuel is used to obtain hydrogen and a second liquid hydrocarbon fuel.

摘要: The presently disclosed subject matter provides methods for producing olefins and/or aromatics from coker naphtha. In a non-limiting embodiment, a method for producing aromatics includes hydrogenating the coker naphtha stream in the presence of a first catalyst to remove diolefins and sulfur, if any, to obtain a hydrogenated stream and subjecting the hydrogenated stream to aromatization in the presence of a second catalyst to produce an aromatic-rich stream that includes benzene, toluene and xylene. In certain embodiments, a method for producing olefins includes hydrogenating the coker naphtha stream in the presence of a first catalyst to remove diolefins and sulfur, if any, to obtain a hydrogenated stream and subjecting the hydrogenated stream to catalytic cracking in the presence of a second catalyst to produce an olefin-rich stream that includes ethylene, propylene and aromatics.

摘要: The aromatics production system is useful for producing an aromatics-rich system product from a liquid hydrocarbon condensate includes a hydroprocessing reactor, an aromatization reactor system and a hydrogen extraction unit. The method for producing the aromatics-rich system product from the wide boiling range condensate includes introducing the wide boiling range condensate into the hydroprocessing reactor, operating the aromatics production system such that the hydroprocessing reactor forms a naphtha boiling temperature range liquid product, such that the aromatization reactor system forms the aromatics-rich system product, and such that the hydrogen extraction unit forms a high-purity hydrogen.

摘要: Deep desulfurization of hydrocarbon feeds containing undesired organosulfur compounds to produce a hydrocarbon product having low levels of sulfur, i.e., 15 ppmw or less of sulfur, is achieved by first subjecting the entire feed to an extraction zone to separate an aromatic-rich fraction containing a substantial amount of the aromatic refractory and sterically hindered sulfur-containing compounds and an aromatic-lean fraction containing a substantial amount of the labile sulfur-containing compounds. The aromatic-rich fraction is contacted with isomerization catalyst, and the isomerized aromatic-rich fraction and the aromatic-lean fraction are combined and contacted with a hydrotreating catalyst in a hydrodesulfurization reaction zone operating under mild conditions to reduce the quantity of organosulfur compounds to an ultra-low level.

摘要: Methods are provided for producing Group I base stocks having high viscosity and also having one or more properties indicative of a high quality base stock. The resulting Group I base stocks can have a viscosity at 100° C. and/or a viscosity at 40° C. that is greater than the corresponding viscosity for a conventional Group I bright stock formed by solvent processing. Additionally, the resulting Group I base stocks can have one or more properties that are indicative of a high quality base stock.
