    Abstract: Methods and systems for distinguishing between radar signals and Wi-Fi signals are provided. When a set of electromagnetic signals are received, various tests are performed on the signals to determine if the signals are associated with radar pulses or if the signals are more likely to be associated with stray Wi-Fi signals or other non-radar interference. One such test relies on the relatively small variance of frequencies used by radar pulses when compared to the high variation of Wi-Fi signals. Another test relies on the relatively low peak to average power ratio of signals associated with radar pulses when compared to Wi-Fi signals. The tests described herein are an improvement on existing methods for distinguishing radar signals from Wi-Fi signals and result in less switching of Wi-Fi channels due to erroneously detected radar signals.

    Abstract: A method to operate a multi-link wireless device. The method includes establishing at least a first multi-link device interface and a second multi-link device interface, exposing, via a virtual data port, the first multi-link device interface and the second multi-link device interface at a data processing layer of the wireless device, selecting one of the first multi-link device interface and the second multi-link device interface, as a selected multi-link device interface, based on performance information associated with a first radio and a second radio associated, respectively, with the first multi-link device interface and the second multi-link device interface, and wirelessly transmitting a packet from the wireless device by routing the packet through the selected multi-link device interface.

    Abstract: A wireless access point device is full-duplex capable and serves wireless communication for at least first and second wireless client devices. The wireless access point device sends to the first wireless client device a trigger frame that causes the first wireless client device to send an uplink transmission to the wireless access point after a first time interval. The wireless access point device waits a second time interval after the first wireless client is expected to begin sending the uplink transmission. The wireless access point device receives the uplink transmission from the first wireless client device. After the second time interval, and while receiving the uplink transmission from the first wireless client device, the wireless access point device sends to the second wireless client device a downlink transmission that overlaps at least partially in frequency and time with the uplink transmission from the first wireless client device.
