Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an information transmission method, a terminal, and a network device. The information transmission method in this application may include: determining, by a terminal, a subcarrier spacing corresponding to a synchronization signal, where the subcarrier spacing corresponding to the synchronization signal is a largest subcarrier spacing in a subcarrier spacing set corresponding to a serving cell carrying the synchronization signal; and detecting, by the terminal, the synchronization signal based on the subcarrier spacing corresponding to the synchronization signal. The embodiments of this application can be flexibly applied to different application scenarios.

Abstract: The present invention provides a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement transmission method, a user equipment, and a base station. The transmission method includes: receiving, by a user equipment, on a first serving cell and in a downlink subframe n−k, PDSCH transmission or a downlink control channel that indicates downlink SPS release, where a duplex mode of the first serving cell is FDD, or all subframes on the first serving cell are downlink subframes, or one radio frame on the first serving cell includes nine downlink subframes and one special subframe; and transmitting, in an uplink subframe n, an HARQ-ACK response corresponding to the first serving cell and the downlink subframe n−k; where n is an integer, k is a positive integer, k belongs to a set K, and the set K is determined according to first HARQ-ACK timing.

Abstract: The present invention provides an information transmission method and an apparatus, so as to resolve a problem of high power consumption of a base station resulted from excessively high information overheads for transmitting an MIB by the base station. The method includes: generating, by a base station, an MIB including first bandwidth indication information and a radio frame configuration field; and sending the MIB using a time-frequency resource in a radio frame. Compared with a conventional MIB including a plurality of configuration parameters such as system bandwidth information, a frame number of a radio frame for transmitting the MIB, and PHICH configuration information, the MIB transmitted by the base station in embodiments of the present invention includes two configuration parameters: the first bandwidth indication information and the radio frame configuration field.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a device for transmitting information on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). The method includes the following steps: a user equipment (UE) selects information from channel state information (CSI) to transmit (S1); the information selected from the CSI is transmitted on the PUCCH with one or both of hybrid automatic retransmission acknowledgment information and a scheduling request (S2), which enables a base station to obtain not only the information in the CSI but also one or both of the hybrid automatic retransmission acknowledgement information and the scheduling request from the PUCCH. The present invention avoids the problem of system downlink throughput degradation caused by dropping all CSI by the UE in the prior art, and avoids the problem that system downlink throughput is influenced by unnecessary data retransmission on a downlink carrier caused by ACK/NACK bundling among carriers.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for reporting channel state information, a user equipment, and a base station. A channel state information measurement resource is determined by a UE according to an aperiodic CSI trigger signaling, so that a base station transmits a CSI-RS only when the UE needs to report the aperiodic CSI. Compared with transmitting a periodic CSI-RS by an existing base station, unnecessary transmitting of the CSI-RS is reduced, and energy of the base station such as an eNB is saved; and reducing the CSI-RS transmission may reduce resources occupied by the CSI-RS, thereby improving the spectrum efficiency of the system. In addition, reducing unnecessary CSI-RS transmission allows the interference in other cells by the base station being reduced; finally, CSI measurement resources are reserved only when the CSI needs to be fed back, the cost occupied by the CSI measurement resources is reduced.
