摘要: A method for manufacturing a printed wiring board, including the steps of: forming a thermosetting resin layer so as to fill the spaces between circuit patterns formed on the printed wiring board; heating and curing the resin layer in a reduced pressure chamber in which the pressure is reduced while a smoothing plate is pressed against the resin layer; and then polishing the cured resin layer covering the circuit patterns, thereby exposing the circuit patterns. The step of heating and curing the resin layer in the reduced pressure chamber comprises the following successively performed steps: step 1: maintaining the resin layer at a non-curable temperature to prevent the resin layer from curing, in a state where the resin layer is pressed via the smoothing plate in the reduced pressure chamber; step 2: heating the resin layer in the pressed state to a curing temperature at which the resin layer is cured; step 3: introducing outside air into the reduced pressure chamber with the pressed state and the curing temperature maintained; step 4: reducing the pressure applied to the smoothing plate with the curing temperature maintained; and step 5: cooling the resin layer.

摘要: There is provided a method for manufacturing a printed wiring board, including the following steps. Forming a resin layer on a printed wiring board with circuit patterns formed thereon wherein the resin layer is formed by superposing a semi-cured resin sheet, in which patterns complementary to the circuit patterns are included on a surface of the resin sheet facing the circuit patterns. Pressing and forcing the resin layer into spaces between the circuit patterns and curing the resin layer. And then polishing the cured resin covering said circuit patterns, thereby exposing said circuit patterns.

摘要: An optical axis direction, a distance measurement accuracy and so on are efficiently performed for quality assurance of a vehicle-mounted camera in cooperation of an image processing unit and a vehicle-mounted navigation control unit. In a vehicle monitoring system for imaging view ahead of the vehicle with the camera (2a, 2b) installed in the vehicle body and for recognizing a running condition with the image processing unit (20), the image processing unit measures an optical axis direction and a distance measurement accuracy to determine whether the camera quality is appropriate or not for quality assurance of the vehicle-mounted camera. The determined result is displayed on a monitor (52) of the vehicle mounted navigation control unit (5) to recommend adjustment of the camera. When failure is determined in the pass/fail determination of the optical axis direction, an attachment member having a shape, the optical axis direction by which is included in the correct range in the reference pattern of the recognized image, is selected from a variety of the attachment members prepared in advance, and replacement of the attachment member with the selected attachment member is recommended.

摘要: An ultrasonic analyzer used in an ultrasonic diagnosis instrument for minimizing the effects of noise in echo signals. The analyzer includes: a first unit for determining a start point and an end point at an analysis interval to be analyzed based on an analysis selection signal and a time signal for an input time-series signal reflected from a media; second units for generating four kinds of integration values based on four kinds of multiplication signals, each of the multiplication signals being calculated by multiplying the analysis selection signal by the time signal, or a square signal of the time signal, or a product signal of the time signal and the time-series signal, or by the time-series signal or by the time-series signal; third units for storing each of the integration values by using the time signal as an address for storing; and a fourth unit for calculating a slope of a regression curve based on difference between the integration values, a determination of the differences being based on the stage point and the end point at the analysis interval.
