Abstract:
Methods and apparatuses for transmitting and receiving a broadcast signal are disclosed. The broadcast signal transmission method includes generating a plurality of input packets including broadcast data, generating at least one link layer packet using the generated input packets, generating a broadcast signal including the generated at least one link layer packet, and transmitting the generated broadcast signal.
Abstract:
A broadcast signal transmission method is disclosed. A system that is capable of effectively supporting a next generation broadcast service in an environment that supports next generation hybrid broadcasting using a terrestrial broadcast network and the Internet is proposed. In addition, an efficient signaling scheme that is capable of using both a terrestrial broadcast network and the Internet in an environment that supports next generation hybrid broadcasting is proposed.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for receiving urgent alarm contents through a broadcast system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for receiving urgent alarm contents through a broadcast system includes the steps of: receiving a broadcast signal; parsing an urgent alarm table contained in the broadcast signal, the urgent alarm table containing an urgent alarm message and an urgent alarm contents transmission structure descriptor for signaling the information of the urgent alarm contents concerning the urgent alarm message, and the urgent alarm contents transmission structure descriptor containing the IP address of an IP datagram for transmitting the urgent alarm contents; receiving the IP datagram of the IP address; and decoding the IP datagram so as to reproduce the urgent alarm contents.
Abstract:
The present invention proposes a method for transmitting a broadcast signal. The method for transmitting a broadcast signal according to the present invention proposes a system capable of supporting next-generation broadcast service in an environment supporting a next-generation hybrid broadcast which uses a terrestrial broadcasting network and an internet network. Also, the present invention proposes an efficient signaling method which can encompass both the terrestrial broadcasting network and the internet network in an environment supporting next-generation hybrid broadcast.
Abstract:
A method for generating and processing a broadcast signal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: encoding broadcast data for one or more broadcast services; encoding first level signaling information including information describing properties of the one or more broadcast services; encoding second level signaling information including information for listing the one or more broadcast services; and generating a broadcast signal including the encoded broadcast data, the encoded first level signaling information and the encoded second level signaling information.
Abstract:
Proposed herein is a method for transmitting a broadcast signal. The method for transmitting a broadcast signal proposes a system that can support next generation broadcast services in an environment supporting next generation hybrid broadcast, which uses a terrestrial broadcasting network and Internet network. Additionally, proposed herein is an efficient signaling solution that can encompass both terrestrial broadcasting network and Internet network, in an environment supporting next generation hybrid broadcast.
Abstract:
A method for generating and processing a broadcast signal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes encoding broadcast data for one or more broadcast services, encoding first level signaling information including information describing properties of the one or more broadcast services, encoding second level signaling information including information for scanning the one or more broadcast services and generating a broadcast signal including the broadcast data, the first level signaling information and the second level signaling information, wherein the first level signaling information includes user service description (USD) information describing service layer properties with respect to the broadcast services, wherein the USD information includes capability information specifying capabilities necessary to present broadcast content of the broadcast services.
Abstract:
A method of processing additional information related to an announced service or content in a Non-Real Time (NRT) service and the broadcast receiver are disclosed herein. A method of providing a Non-Real Time (NRT) service in a broadcasting receiver includes receiving a service map table (SMT) and a first descriptor through a service signaling channel, identifying an image identifier and an image type of an image for an NRT service based upon the first descriptor, receiving the image via a flute session and displaying the image when corresponding service is played, wherein the image is logo or icon data for the NRT service. The method may further include connecting a service signaling channel, parsing the received SMT and the first descriptor, determining whether a service is the NRT service based upon the parsed SMT and storing the received image.
Abstract:
One embodiment is a UE operation method related to a sidelink in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: a UE calculating first congestion information associated with an LTE terminal in a predetermined interval; the UE calculating second congestion information associated with an ITS terminal in the predetermined interval; and the UE determining slots for LTE on the basis of the first congestion information and the second congestion information, wherein the first congestion information is the ratio of the number of PSCCH candidate positions of which RSRP is equal to or greater than a first threshold value, to the total number of subchannels in the predetermined interval.
