摘要: A color video signal processing circuit comprising an input terminal through which a color video signal including chrominance and luminance signals is supplied, a signal separating portion which includes both a subtraction-type comb-filter by which a first signal is derived from the color video signal and an addition-type comb-filter by which a second signal is derived from the color video signal, a level modifying portion for emphasizing the level of a first segment of the first signal residing in a predetermined frequency band lower than the frequency band of the chrominance signal and attenuating the level of a second segment of the first signal residing in the frequency band of the chrominance signal, an adder for adding an output of the level modifying portion to the second signal, a first output portion connected to the signal separating portion, and a second output portion connected to the adder. The chrominance signal separated from the color video signal is obtained through the first output portion and the luminance signal separated from the color video signal and modified to have a predetermined level-frequency characteristic is obtained through the second output portion.

摘要: A nuclear power plant using a structural material consisting of metal which comes into contact with a liquid in which radioactive substances are dissolved has a function to suppress the deposition of the radioactive substances. In this function, metal elements constituting the surface layer of the structural material which comes into contact with the liquid are oxidized by injecting oxidizing agents from outside, thereby preliminarily producing an oxide film. The oxidizing agents comprise at least one kind selected from the group consisting of oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, chromate, nitrite, molybdate, tungstate and ferrate. Particularly, by suppressing the deposition of radioactive substances on a stainless steel, the dose rate of exposure of workers is effectively reduced.

摘要: To provide a method that is capable of suppressing absorption of lithium ions into the inner portion of a resin collector that is used in a bipolar lithium ion secondary battery. The collector for a bipolar lithium ion secondary battery of the invention has at least two conductive layers. One of the conductive layers that constitute the collector (a first conductive layer) is configured by adding a conductive filler into a base material that contains an imide group-containing resin. The other of the conductive layers that constitute the collector (a second conductive layer) is configured by adding a conductive filler into a base material that contains a polar resin containing no imide group. The collector for a bipolar lithium ion secondary battery is further characterized in that when a bipolar electrode is formed, the first conductive layer is arranged on the positive electrode side.

摘要: A method of the invention for performing burn-in test includes assembling, on a fixture stand, a plurality of light source elements and a plurality of light detectors for monitoring a light output from a corresponding one of the plurality of light source elements; and electrifying the plurality of light source elements in a state where at least the plurality of light source elements and the plurality of light detectors are immersed in an insulation liquid. Thereby, it is realized to hold a stable temperature in a short period of time, to maintain a temperature that does not deviate from normal load conditions, and to perform a sorting test between defect parts and good part for light source unit chips without causing damage to the elements.

摘要: In a printer, three toner patches are primary-transferred successively to an intermediate transfer belt. Here, after the first toner patch passes through a belt cleaner and before the second toner patch reaches the belt cleaner, and after the second toner patch passes through the belt cleaner and before the third patch reaches the belt cleaner, the belt cleaner is operated to change the state of contact to the intermediate transfer belt to a different state. A density sensor detects density of the toner image on the intermediate transfer belt, and presence/absence of the toner patch is detected. When presence/absence of the first to third patches is detected alternately, it is determined that the belt cleaner is performing the operation described above.
