    摘要: The present teachings include a power generation system for recovering waste heat energy from a power plant having a coolant circuit that extends through the power plant. The coolant circuit may also include a radiator and a coolant pump configured to circulate the coolant between the internal combustion engine and the radiator. The power generation system may also include a waste heat recovery circuit including a Roots-type fluid expander configured to generate power at an output shaft by expanding a portion of the coolant and being configured to deliver the power back to the internal combustion engine crankshaft via the output shaft. The waste heat recovery circuit may further include a circulation pump configured to circulate coolant between the Roots-type expander and the coolant circuit. A condenser may also be provided to condense the coolant leaving the Roots-type fluid expander at least down to a saturated liquid.

    摘要: A complex heat exchanger includes: a lower plate including a coolant inlet and a coolant outlet, an EGR gas inlet and an EGR gas outlet, and an oil inlet and an oil outlet. The inlets allow coolant, EGR gas, and oil to be introduced through the inlets, respectively, and the outlets allow the coolant, EGR gas, and oil to be discharged through them, respectively. The complex heat exchanger further includes a heat exchanging part stacked on top of the lower plate, and the heat exchanging part includes a coolant passage, an EGR gas passage, and an oil passage, which are separately formed in an interior of the heating exchanging part, allowing the coolant, the EGR gas, and the oil to separately flow while heating and cooling each other. An upper plate of the complex heat exchanger is coupled on top of the heat exchanging part.

The EGR system has a second cooler configured to cool the exhaust-air mixture. The EGR system has a heat exchange system for circulating and cooling coolant fluid used by the first and second coolers, and includes a split valve configured to divide coolant fluid flow between the first and second coolers. The EGR system has an engine control module configured to adjust the split valve based on comparing a temperature of the exhaust-air mixture to a determined dewpoint temperature of the exhaust-air mixture.

    摘要: A controlling method of vehicle exhaust gas recirculation, an apparatus and an electronic device are provided in vehicle field. Before the GPF/DPF starts to work, controlling the EGR to cool the temperature of the recycled gas at a lowest gas temperature required being entranced into the engine; and after the GPF/DPF starts to work, according to a gas temperature change and an intake flow change of an air intake of the EGR, adjusting an opening of a valve arranged in a vent of the EGR and a working power of a pump arranged in a liquid duct of the EGR, for making the EGR to cool the gas recycled by the EGR in a safe temperature range required by the engine. The controlling method is associated controlled with a cooling system of the EGR, for ensuring the recycled exhaust gas temperature and the EGR rate in a suitable range.
