摘要： A rotor comprises a central body configured to rotate. A lobe extends perpendicularly from the central body along an lobe axis. A curved leading periphery and a curved trailing periphery are on opposite sides of the lobe axis. A V-shaped rib spans between the curved leading periphery and the curved trailing periphery. A first hollow space is bounded by the V-shaped rib, the curved leading periphery, and the curved trailing periphery. The first hollow space is distal with respect to the central body along the lobe axis. A second hollow space is bounded by the V-shaped rib, the central body, the curved leading periphery, and the curved trailing periphery. The second hollow space is proximal with respect to the central body along the lobe axis. The rotor can comprise a plurality of stacked, stamped sheets to form a helically twisted supercharger rotor.

摘要： Designs for multiple segment lobe pumps are shown. The designs include pumps using rotors having two lobes to a plurality of lobes and segments that include two segments to a plurality of segments. Designs for both vertical, or straight walled conventional lobed rotors, as well as helical lobe rotors are shown. The designs are applicable to a variety of rotors and number of segments. In one particular case the designs enable a three lobe helical pump. Designs are also shown for separation plates used between the multiple segments. The separation float between the pairs of lobes in a segment and can also have a fixed position between the lobes by inclusion of end pieces that enable clamping of the separation plates in position.

摘要： Provided is a coupling structure for vacuum exhaust devices each including a pump chamber and a casing that demarcates the pump chamber. The coupling structure includes a first end surface formed on a first side of the casing, and a second end surface formed on the second side of the casing, the second side being the opposite side of the first side. The casing of a first vacuum exhaust device and the casing of a second vacuum exhaust device among a plurality of vacuum exhaust devices are arranged to be directly superposed on each other such that the first end surface provided to the first vacuum exhaust device and the second end surface provided to the second vacuum exhaust device come into contact with each other. By fastening the first end surface and the second end surface, the first vacuum exhaust device and the second vacuum exhaust device are connected to each other such that gas can flow between the casing of the first vacuum exhaust device and the casing of the second vacuum exhaust device.

摘要： A rotor set comprises a pair of engaging rotors disposed in a pump room of a housing rotating oppositely with identical speeds. Each rotor comprises a plurality of lobes, and each lobe has a fan-shaped end with a curved edge. The lobe generates an eccentric force to the rotor during the rotation to reduce mechanical consuming energy and save dynamic energy. Therefore, the rotors can achieve strong eccentric torque and self-vacuum effect with low dynamic energy.

摘要： A rotary piston pump for the delivery of liquids and for the delivery of liquids containing solids. The rotary piston pump includes a pump housing which is provided with an inlet and an outlet. The pump housing includes a lining. Disposed in the pump housing, or inside the lining, are at least two counter-rotating rotary pistons, which form pump spaces during their rotation. During the rotational movement, the rotary pistons are sealed against one another, against the pump housing and against the lining. Disposed in the pump housing and/or in the lining, in the spatial vicinity of the inlet and/or the outlet, are means with which the pulsation can be reduced or even completely prevented.

摘要： Various rotary pumps are disclosed that are designed to pump viscous fluids or slurries. Often, the seals of such pumps can become over heated. The disclosed pumps include slots disposed in the rotors and/or slots disposed in the openings through which the drive and driven shafts task so that some of the fluid being pumped through the pumping chamber can migrate through the proximal wall of the pump casing to the seal assemblies disposed on the other side of the proximal wall of the pump casing. Thus, the seal assemblies of the pumps are cooled without resorting to the use of a cooling jacket or other cooling mechanism.
