    Abstract: A nonwoven fabric sheet exhibiting high flame shielding performance, heat insulating property, and wear resistance is described, where the nonwoven fabric sheet is fabricated and includes at least one fire barrier layer formed of a web containing a non-melting fiber A having a high-temperature shrinkage rate of 3% or less and a thermal conductivity conforming to ISO22007-3 (2008) of 0.060 W/m·K or less and in which the fire barrier layer is coupled with a scrim layer containing a carbide-forming heat resistant fiber B having a LOI value conforming to JIS K 7201-2 (2007) of 25 or more.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an organic EL display device which does not undergo the decrease in luminance or pixel shrinkage and has excellent long-term reliability. The present invention is an organic EL display device constituting a cured product of a photosensitive resin composition containing an alkali-soluble resin (A) and a naphthoquinone diazide sulfonic acid ester compound (B), wherein an intensity ratio I(S)/I(TOTAL) is 0.0001 or more and 0.008 or less, where I(S) is a negative secondary ion intensity of sulfur, and I(TOTAL) is a sum total of negative secondary ion intensities of carbon, oxygen, fluorine, silicon and sulfur obtained by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry of the cured product. Alternatively, the present invention is a method for producing the cured product.

The laminate is obtained by stacking five or more layers of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base materials, wherein the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin base materials are obtained by impregnating continuous reinforcing fibers having conductivity, which are aligned in parallel, with a thermos-plastic resin.

    Abstract: A jointed strand includes a superposed portion in which a first strand end in which fibers are oriented in one direction and a second strand end in which fibers are oriented in one direction are superposed; and a joint portion in which fibers of the first strand and the second strand are interlaced at the superposed portion, wherein the joint portion has a slit extending in a fiber orientation direction and a joint spot adjacent to the slit at one location or a plurality of locations aligned in a direction orthogonal to the fiber orientation direction, and monofilaments of the first strand and the second strand are interlaced at the joint spot.

    Abstract: A polypropylene film in which: during a heating process in thermomechanical analysis (TMA), the relationship (Ts−Tf)≤40° C. is satisfied by the temperature (Ts) (° C.) at which the film contracts by 0.1% in the longitudinal direction and the temperature (Tf) (° C.) at which the longitudinal shrink stress reaches 0.01 MPa; and the skewness (Ssk), which is the degree of bias of the protrusion shape, of at least one surface of the film is greater than −30 and less than 5. Thus provided is a polypropylene film that has excellent reliability and withstand voltage characteristics in high temperature environments when used in high voltage capacitors, that has a structure with excellent stability against heat and is suitable for applications in capacitors or the like to be used at high temperatures and high voltages, and that has excellent processability and does not wrinkle during a conveyance process including a vapor deposition process.

    Abstract: A method of producing a medical device having a substrate and a hydrophilic polymer layer, including the steps of: pretreating the substrate by placing the substrate in an alkali solution and heating the substrate at a temperature ranging from 50° C. to 100° C.; and heating a solution containing the pretreated substrate, a hydrophilic polymer having an acidic group and a hydroxyalkyl group, and an organic acid at a temperature ranging from 50° C. to 100° C. Provided is a simple method of producing a medical device imparted with hydrophilicity excellent in durability.
