摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a simple method for manufacturing a coated medical device allowed to have not only properties such as sufficient hydrophilicity but also a bacteria adhesion inhibiting capability. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a coated medical device, including: (A) a contacting step of housing a medical device in a container, and bringing the medical device into contact with a solution a containing a hydrophilic polymer A; and (C) a heating step of heating the container; wherein the hydrophilic polymer A is a polymer containing, as a monomer unit, a compound having a quaternary ammonium cation group; and wherein the pH of the solution a after the heating step is 6.1 to 8.0.

摘要: Disclosed is a medical device including a substrate and a polymer layer, wherein the polymer layer is provided on at least a part of a surface of the substrate and satisfies the following requirements: (a) a water content of the medical device in hydrated state is in a range of 28% by mass or more and 50% by mass or less; (b) the substrate has a 2-alkoxyethyl group; and (c) the polymer layer contains one type of a carboxylic acid group-containing polymer and one type of a copolymer having an amide structure. The present invention provides a medical device capable of maintaining surface wettability for a long time.

摘要: An objective of the present invention is to provide a method for easily manufacturing a hydrophilized medical device of superior durability. In order to achieve the abovementioned objective, a method for manufacturing a medical device according to the present invention comprises a step for heating an aqueous package fluid, wherein, in the heating step, the aqueous package fluid contains one or more types of hydrophilic polymer, heating is performed with a substrate of the medical device at least partially is contact with the aqueous package fluid, and the following conditions (a) through (c) are all met. (a) The hydrophilic polymer is a (meth)acrylamide (co)polymer comprising two substituents comprising two or more carbon atoms on a nitrogen atom. (b) The mass % concentration of the hydrophilic polymer in the aqueous package fluid is in a range of 0.0001-30 mass %. (c) The pH of the aqueous package fluid after the heating step is in a range of 6.1-8.0.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing a polymer electrolyte molded article, which comprises forming a polymer electrolyte precursor having a protective group and an ionic group, and deprotecting at least a portion of protective groups contained in the resulting molded article to obtain a polymer electrolyte molded article. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a polymer electrolyte material and a polymer electrolyte molded article, which are excellent in proton conductivity and are also excellent in fuel barrier properties, mechanical strength, physical durability, resistance to hot water, resistance to hot methanol, processability and chemical stability. A polymer electrolyte fuel cell using a polymer electrolyte membrane, polymer electrolyte parts or a membrane electrode assembly can achieve high output, high energy density and long-term durability.

摘要: A medical device including a substrate and a hydrophilic polymer layer and satisfying the following conditions: (1) that the hydrophilic polymer layer is on at least a part of the substrate; (2) that the hydrophilic polymer layer contains: a hydrophilic polymer having an acidic group; and a compound having an acidic group and a ring structure; and (3) that a time during which a liquid film is retained on the surface of the medical device (a liquid film retention time) is 10 seconds or more after the medical device is stationarily immersed in a phosphate buffer solution, pulled up from the phosphate buffer solution, and retained in the air. The present invention provides a medical device in which a surface of a substrate is hydrophilized, and a method for manufacturing same by a simple method.

摘要: A medical device including an internal wetting agent and a copolymer of a silicone monomer and satisfying the following conditions: (1) that the internal wetting agent contains a copolymer of an open-chain compound having an acidic group and an open-chain compound having an amide group; (2) that the internal wetting agent is contained in the range of from 0.1 to 10% by mass with respect to the whole medical device; and (3) that the copolymer of a silicone monomer has a hydroxyl group and that the content ratio of the hydroxyl group in the silicone monomer is in the range of from 0.0005 to 0.01 equivalents/g. A medical device containing an internal wetting agent and having excellent transparency and hydrophilicity can be obtained.
