摘要: Apparatus for manufacturing a carbonaceous heat source chip, capable of drying an extrusion-molded carbonaceous heat source rod to proper hardness and supplying the same to a heat insulating material-wrapping device. The apparatus includes a hollow pipe that forms a conveying path for transporting the carbonaceous heat source rod continuously extrusion-molded by an extrusion molding machine, to the heat insulating material-wrapping device. The apparatus forms an airflow running through the hollow pipe by means of an air amplifier, and transports the carbonaceous heat source rod while drying the rod by using the airflow.

摘要: A power transmission apparatus has an input member rotated by an engine output. First and second clutch sections, respectively, have a plurality of driving clutch discs and a plurality of driven clutch discs. Each driving and driven clutch disc being alternately arranged. First and second output shafts are rotated by driving force transmitted from the first and second clutch sections. Transmission members transmit the driving force from the first and second clutch sections, respectively, to the first and second output shafts. A selecting mechanism selectively presses or separates the driving clutch discs and driven clutch discs, respectively, of the first and second clutch sections against each other. The first and second clutch sections are coaxially arranged with the first and second shafts. The transmission members extend from either side of a group of the first and second clutch sections to the first and second output shafts. The selecting mechanism is arranged between the transmission members.

摘要: A friction material contains a friction adjuster, a binder and an inorganic filler. The friction material further contains randomly shaped rubber chips which contain machining dust derived from friction material, and rubber binding the machining dust. The rubber chips are preferably sized so as to pass through a 16-mesh sieve. Since the friction material contains machining dust of friction materials, it is possible to reduce wastes and the cost of the friction material. Still, the friction material shows sufficient basic properties comparable to conventional friction materials, including environmental friendliness, braking effect, and reduced squeal and other noise.

摘要: The invention provides a capacitor element and solid electrolyte capacitor which allow significant increase in electrostatic capacity with the same dimensions and shape, as well as a process for their production. The capacitor element 12 of the invention is provided with an aluminum base 18 having a shape with a plurality of sides 1a, 1b, anode sections 30 partially formed at the edge region 3a, 3b of at least one side among the plurality of sides in the area on the main surface 12b of the aluminum base 18, cathode sections 32 comprising a solid electrolyte layer 22 formed on the aluminum base 18 via an aluminum oxide film 20 and a silver paste layer 26 formed on the solid electrolyte layer 22, which are formed on the remaining regions 31 from the regions on which the anode sections 30 are formed, in the area on the main surface 12b of the aluminum base 18, and slits 28 which provide electrical insulation between the anode sections 30 and cathode sections 32. As a result, the anode sections 30 are positioned inward from the outer perimeter 52 of the aluminum base 18 on which the cathode sections 32 are formed, and therefore the area of the capacitor element 12 may be increased to approach the area of the external dimensions of the capacitor 10 fabricated using the capacitor element 12.

摘要: A solid electrolytic capacitor which is easy to make and a method of making the same are provided. In a solid electrolytic capacitor in accordance with the present invention, a substrate on which a capacitor device is mounted includes anode electrode parts and cathode electrode parts of a lead frame, and a resin plate, whereas parts exposed from the upper face of the resin plate construct anode electrode terminals and cathode electrode terminals. Therefore, this substrate can easily be made by mold-sealing the anode electrode parts and cathode electrode parts with the resin plate. Consequently, the solid electrolytic capacitor in accordance with the present invention using such a substrate can also be made easily.
