    摘要: A resource initialization method and system, and a network access server are provided. The resource initialization method includes: receiving a network access request transmitted from a User Equipment (UE), where the network access request includes: UE identity (ID) information; locally searching for, according to the UE ID information in the network access request, and find a preconfigured unicast and multicast resource threshold corresponding to the UE ID information; and transmitting the unicast and multicast resource threshold of the UE to a Resource Manager (RM), so that the RM assigns unicast resources and multicast resources according to the unicast and multicast resource threshold. Through the method, the process of obtaining the unicast and multicast resource threshold can be simplified, and thus the efficiency of resource initialization configuration is improved.

    摘要: Transfecting biology cells with nucleic acid molecules (DNA, siRNA) is an essential prerequisite in elucidating how genes function in complex cellular context and how their activities could be modulated for therapeutic intervention. Traditionally studies are carried out on a low throughput gene-by-gene scale, which has created a huge bottleneck in functional genomic study and drug discovery. Development of high-throughput cell transfection technology will permit functional analysis of massive number of genes and how their activities could be modulated by chemical or biological entities inside cells. This invention describes design, construction of device and apparatus for high throughput effective cell transfection. Procedures and protocols for using the device and apparatus are also described in the application. Novel methods of using the device in cell-based assays are also disclosed.

    摘要: The present invention relates to network communication field. A method for admission control, an apparatus and a communication system thereof are disclosed according to the present invention. The method includes measuring, by an egress node, traffic from an ingress node, and calculating a current congestion degree; comparing, by the egress node, the current calculated CLE with a last calculated CLE, and sending the current calculated CLE to an admission control decision entity by the egress node if the current calculated CLE crosses a predetermined threshold; receiving and storing the CLE by the admission control decision entity; and making a decision by the admission control decision entity based on the stored CLE, when a service traffic request arrives at the admission control decision entity, and determining whether to admit the service traffic request. According to the method for admission control provided by the present invention in which CLE is transferred proactively, the number of messages for transferring CLE is reduced when calling rate is high, and admission decision procedure is accelerated.
