    摘要: The invention relates to a device comprising a receiving device (3) for post-treating tyres (1). After vulcanising the elastomer material, the tyres (1) are subjected to internal pressure by means of support gas, and cooled. Said receiving device (3) is embodied such that it can maintain the tyres (1) and also seal the inner chamber of the tyres. Also, a pressurised gas supply is connected to the receiving device (3). Said receiving device (3) comprises at least two fixed receiving areas (4) for at least two tyres (1). The tyres undergo at least one introduction process using a positionable handling device (19).

    摘要: A tire mold is for vulcanization molding of a tire. The mold comprises a sector with which a tread surface of the tire is brought into contact. A first uneven surface for forming a tread pattern is provided at the contact position. A lower die with which a side wall portion of the tire is brought into contact has a second uneven surface for forming a pattern design continuously with the tread pattern. There is a sector moving mechanism that moves the sector in a tire width direction and a tire diametrical direction. There is also a mechanism for engaging the sector and the lower die in a mold clamp state.

    摘要: The present invention consists of both a method and apparatus for providing the upper and lower portions of two-part tire molds with an expansible opening to provide clearance for the insertion of green tires, in particular large green tires of the sort used on industrial or off-road vehicles. The tire mold according to the present invention provides a segmented tire mold wherein a plurality of circumferentially arranged segments that contribute to the shaping of the circumferential tread portion of a tire being molded are able to move in such a way as to include a radial component of motion that provides a larger diameter for each of the two mold portions during the green tire loading operation. Thus the internal circumferential region of the top portion and of the bottom portion is able to expand in diametrical dimension when the two part tire mold is open.

The thickness of each layer is as follows: the base is 50 .mu.m or thicker; the intermediate layer is three times as thick as a mean tone particle diameter or thicker; and the surface layer is 5 .mu.m or thicker.
