An NMR signal acquisition device that can increase the magnetic field homogeneity in a high frequency magnetic field by one of the following. (a) Current paths each having a different inductance are provided to adjust the diversion ratio of the current, (b) A current path branch point is provided in an intermediate part of the winding of a solenoidal coil so that there are more current paths in the intermediate part of the winding than in the current paths connected to the feeding points at both ends, (c) The radiuses of current paths are adjusted, (d) Winding pitches in the axis direction are adjusted, (e) Current path widths are adjusted, and (f) The solenoidal coil has both positive direction current paths and negative direction current paths.
Abstract:
A probe for NMR includes a coil for irradiating an RF magnetic field and a coil for receiving an NMR signal, wherein the coil for irradiating the RF magnetic field includes one wire or one sheet of foil, and the coil for receiving the NMR signal is formed of part of the coil for irradiating the RF magnetic field. A lead wire pair is drawn out from a portion on the way of a winding of the coil that comprises one wire or one sheet of foil, and a coil portion between the lead wire pair is assumed to be a second coil.

An endoscope system of the present invention includes an endoscope provided with an image pickup section that picks up an image of an object in a body cavity, a position setting section that sets information on a predetermined position in the object based on information obtained from the image of the object picked up by the image pickup section and a position correction section that corrects the information on the predetermined position set by the position setting section based on information on a boundary line extracted in the image of the object picked up by the image pickup section and outputs information on the corrected position.

A medical image processing apparatus of the invention comprises: a three-dimensional model estimating section that estimates a three-dimensional model of body tissues based on a two-dimensional image of an image of the body tissues inside a body cavity inputted from a medical image pickup apparatus; a voxel detecting section that detects one voxel existing on a nearest side in a view direction of the medical image pickup apparatus among the voxels included in the three-dimensional model; and a raised shape detecting section that acquires one curved surface including the one voxel to detect a position with gradient variation on the one curved surface and to determine whether or not body tissues with a locally raised shape exist in the position in the three-dimensional model.

An object is to realize an ear thermometer that is configured to easily arrange a sensor in a sensor mirror and is suitable for mass production. The ear thermometer has a probe. The probe includes a probe body and a temperature measuring part joined with the probe body. The temperature measuring part includes a flange coupled with the probe body and a front end part extending from the flange, the front end part incorporating a sensor mirror. The sensor mirror includes a cylindrical holder with an internal concave reflection face, a connection shaft extending from the back of the cylindrical holder, a flexible printed circuit board with a circuit conductor of predetermined pattern, stretched in a front space of the cylindrical holder, a temperature measuring first sensor and a correcting second sensor spaced by a predetermined distance from each other in a longitudinal direction of the board and soldered to the circuit conductor on the board, and a protection cover covering a front face of the cylindrical holder. The board is electrically connected, in the temperature measuring part, to the cable passing through the probe body.

A communication apparatus and an active tag apparatus that conduct radio communication with for data transmission and reception by radio with each other are provided. A frequency designation data including local transmission frequency used for data transmission and specifying data on a frequency of a carrier sense to be carried by the active tag apparatus is provided. A controller commands the active tag apparatus to use the frequency designation data for radio communication.

The input shaft (1) includes a first input shaft (4) that is inserted into the cylindrical member (13), supported rotatably by the cylindrical member (13), and linked to the steering wheel, and a second input shaft (5) that connects the first input shaft (4) to the torsion bar (3). A connection portion between the first input shaft (4) and the second input shaft (5) is constituted such that a rotation of the first input shaft (4) is transmitted to the second input shaft (5) and the first input shaft (4) is free to move in an axial direction relative to the second input shaft (5).

A prediction method for a substrate processing apparatus is to predict processing results from operation data on the substrate processing apparatus during a procedure for processing a target processing substrate in a processing chamber of the substrate processing apparatus. The method includes the steps of: collecting operation data obtained; and obtaining a moving average of a preset number of sets of data using the processing result data collected at the data collection step. The method further includes the steps of: performing multivariate analysis using the operation data collected at the data collection step and the moving average processing result data obtained at the moving average processing step; and predicting processing results using operation data obtained when a target processing substrate, other than the target processing substrate used to obtain the correlation at the analysis step, is processed on a basis of the correlation.

According to the invention, a computer includes an information input section, a search criteria input section, an image characteristic value creating section, an image region-of-interest creating section, an information list creating section, a graph executing section and a test executing section. The computer performs processing for inputting information, creating display data and analyzing numeric values in accordance with an event and displays a processing result on a display apparatus. Under this construction, an optimum test procedure can be automatically selected, and work effort can be reduced thereby. Furthermore, by preventing improper selection of a test procedure, an accurate test result can be obtained.
