    Abstract: A session management method, device, and system, such that a terminal can access a local data network using a local user plane function (UPF) network element even when the terminal is out of a management area of a remote anchor session management function (SMF) network element. The method includes: receiving, by an intermediate session management network element, one or more local data network access identifiers (DNAIs); and determining, by the intermediate session management network element, a target DNAI based on current location information of a terminal and the one or more local DNAIs, where the target DNAI is used to select a local session management network element for the terminal.

    Abstract: A dedicated network handover method, a dedicated network type notification method, and a device, so as to ensure that user equipment (UE) is handed over to a dedicated core network (CN) network element of a corresponding CN type in a handover process, are presented. The CN network element device mainly includes a receiver configured to receive CN type information of UE sent by a first dedicated CN network element; a processor configured to determine, according to the CN type information, identifier information of a second dedicated CN network element that supports a CN type indicated by the CN type information; and the processor configured to hand over, according to the identifier information, the UE to the second dedicated CN network element corresponding to the identifier information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a network access method, a proximity communications server, a relay terminal, and a terminal. The method includes: receiving a relay access verification request sent by a relay terminal, where the relay access verification request is sent by a relay terminal after a relay connection request sent by a terminal is received; verifying, according to the relay access verification request, whether the terminal is authorized to perform network access by using the relay terminal; and sending a relay authorization response message to the relay terminal, where the relay authorization response message carries indication information indicating whether the terminal is allowed to perform network access by using the relay terminal. Therefore, it is achieved that communications reliability is enhanced when a mobile communications network supports a trunking communications function and when some terminals are out of a mobile communication connection or outside network coverage.
