Abstract: A driving apparatus is provided. A first stage inverter circuit and a second stage inverter circuit respectively generate a first output signal and a second output signal according to a first voltage dividing control signal and a second voltage dividing control signal, wherein the first output signal and the second output signal are respectively output to the second-stage inverter circuit and the first-stage inverter circuit to appropriately control the gate voltages of transistors of pull-up circuit and the pull-down circuit in the first-stage inverter circuit and the second-stage inverter circuit, so that source-drain voltages differences of the transistors can be more evenly distributed.

Abstract: A control circuit with a bypass function includes a first signal terminal, a second signal terminal, an output terminal, a first switch unit to a fourth switch unit, an output switch unit and a bypass unit. Abstract: A power amplifier device includes a first amplifier, a second amplifier, a capacitor, a node, and an impedance matching circuit. The second amplifier amplifies a radio frequency signal transmitted from the first amplifier. The capacitor is coupled between an output terminal of the first amplifier and an input terminal of the second amplifier. The node is disposed between the input terminal of the second amplifier and the capacitor. The impedance matching circuit is coupled to the node and a common voltage terminal. The impedance matching circuit is substantially an open circuit at a center frequency of the radio frequency signal. The impedance matching circuit provides substantially a short-circuited path from the node to the common voltage terminal at a frequency twice the center frequency.

Abstract: An amplification circuit includes an input terminal for receiving a radio frequency input signal, an output terminal for outputting an amplified radio frequency signal, a bias circuit for providing a bias voltage, an impedance circuit, a transistor, and a filter circuit. The impedance circuit is coupled to the bias circuit and the input terminal, and provides a voltage drop between the first terminal and the second terminal of the impedance circuit. The first transistor has a first terminal coupled to the output terminal, a second terminal coupled to a first reference voltage terminal, and a control terminal coupled to the impedance circuit and for receiving the radio frequency input signal. The filter circuit is coupled to the first transistor and the impedance circuit, filters out a harmonic signal, and provides a feedback signal including a primary frequency signal of the amplified radio frequency signal to the impedance circuit.

Abstract: A predistorter has a first capacitor, a first bias input circuit, a second bias input circuit, a second capacitor and an impedance conversion circuit. A first end of the first capacitor is coupled to a first node of the amplifier. The impedance conversion circuit has a first resistor and a field-effect transistor (FET) and is used to perform an impedance conversion to provide a variable capacitance. A gate of the FET is coupled to an output end of the first bias input circuit, one of a source and a drain of the FET is coupled to a second end of the first capacitor and a first end of the first resistor, and another of the source and the drain of the FET is coupled to an output end of the second bias input circuit, first end of the second capacitor and a second end of the first resistor.

Abstract: A current compensation circuit for providing a current to an amplifier circuit includes a first amplifier, a first transistor and a first bias circuit. The first bias circuit provides a first bias current to the first amplifier. The current compensation circuit includes a power detection circuit, an operational amplifier circuit and a current-to-voltage converter. The power detection circuit detects and converts an input power or an output power of the first amplifier to a first detection voltage. The operational amplifier circuit generates a second detection voltage according to the first detection voltage and a calibration voltage. The current-to-voltage converter converts the second detection voltage to a compensation current. A first compensation current flows to the first amplifier through the first transistor according to the compensation current, such that the first amplifier is driven by the first bias current plus the first compensation current.

Abstract: An inverter includes a first system voltage terminal, a second system voltage terminal, an output terminal, a plurality of P-type transistors, a plurality of N-type transistors, and a voltage drop impedance element.
