    摘要: The device for driving the semiconductor element is provided with a drive circuit section, a charging circuit section and a shutting circuit section. The charging circuit section is electrically connected to an external circuit provided with a diode and a capacitive element. The semiconductor element has a first electrode, a second electrode and a control terminal. The cathode of the diode is connected to the first electrode. One of two terminals of the capacitive element is connected to the cathode of the diode, and the other terminal is connected to the second electrode. The charging circuit section enables the capacitive element to be charged at a higher rate after a timed point at which the voltage on the capacitive element becomes equal to a saturation voltage in a case where the input signal is an on-signal.

    摘要: An on-vehicle apparatus control system includes: a first on-vehicle switch and a second located farther from an on-vehicle reception unit than the first on-vehicle switch; an on-vehicle control device; and a portable machine. In a case where the on-vehicle switches is operated, the on-vehicle control device transmits a response request signal, the portable machine returns a response signal, and the on-vehicle control device controls an on-vehicle apparatus. The on-vehicle apparatus control system further includes a level switch. In a case where the first on-vehicle switch is operated, the level switch switches transmission intensity of a portable machine transmission unit or reception sensitivity of an on-vehicle reception unit to a first level, and in a case where the second on-vehicle switch is operated, the level switch switches the transmission intensity or the reception sensitivity to a second level higher than the first level.

    摘要: An on-vehicle control device mounted on a vehicle includes: an on-vehicle transmission unit that transmits a response request signal to a portable machine carried by a user; and an on-vehicle reception unit that receives a response signal transmitted from the portable machine in response to reception of the response request signal, and a remote control signal transmitted from the portable machine in response to an operation on an operation switch disposed in the portable machine. The on-vehicle reception unit performs: reception processing on the remote control signal on a basis of a first reception sensitivity when receiving the remote control signal transmitted from the portable machine; and reception processing on the response signal on a basis of a second reception sensitivity lower than the first reception sensitivity when receiving the response signal transmitted from the portable machine.

    摘要: A cutting insert, a cutting tool and method of manufacturing a machined product. The cutting insert includes: upper and lower surfaces; a side surface; a cutting edge; and a rake portion on the upper surface. The cutting edge includes major and minor cutting edges that are convex toward outside of the main body portion. The minor cutting edge has a curvature radius smaller than a curvature radius of the major cutting edge. The rake portion is inclined and approaches the lower surface as moving from the major cutting edge toward inside of the main body portion and is located along the major cutting edge. An inclination angle of the rake portion becomes smaller as moving from a part continuous with one end of the major cutting edge toward a part continuous with center of the major cutting edge.

    摘要: A projection detecting apparatus according to the present invention is that for detecting a projection on a surface of a running metal object, and includes a transmission antenna for radiating electromagnetic waves; a reception antenna for receiving reflected electromagnetic waves; and a transmission and reception signal processing section for processing a transmission signal and a reception signal. The transmission antenna and the reception antenna have unidirectionality and the transmission antenna and the reception antenna are installed in such a way that the reception antenna does not catch electromagnetic waves which have been radiated by the transmission antenna and reflected on the surface of the metal object and the reception antenna catches electromagnetic waves alone which have been radiated by the transmission antenna and reflected on the projection.

    摘要: In a radio communication system of the present invention, a second radio relay terminal (221) can receive terminal calling data from a radio adapter terminal (301) in a lower layer of the just second radio relay terminal (221), after it transmits a beacon signal to the radio adapter terminal (301). The second radio relay terminal (221) can receive a beacon signal from a first radio relay terminal (211) soon after it receives the terminal calling data, and transmit the terminal calling data to the first radio relay terminal (211) just after it receives the beacon signal. Thus, it becomes possible to suppress a significant delay in relay transmission of the terminal calling data, and implement quick radio communication.
