Abstract: Disclosed herein is a meta-muffler for reducing broadband noise. The meta-muffler includes: a flow pipe through which a fluid flows; an outer barrel disposed outside the flow pipe to be spaced apart from the flow pipe; and multiple metastructures arranged in a flow direction of the fluid and each comprising an opening opened parallel to the flow direction of the fluid, a resonance chamber disposed between the flow pipe and the outer barrel and communicating with the flow pipe through the opening, and a neck adjustment member extending from the outer barrel toward the flow pipe to be spaced apart from the opening in the flow direction of the fluid. The meta-muffler can increase transmission loss of noise flowing through the flow pipe through maximization of energy loss of sound waves entering the resonance chamber of the metastructure and can effectively attenuate noise over a wide band ranging from low frequencies to high frequencies.

Abstract: The present invention relates to: a biomarker composition for diagnosing diffuse type gastric cancer, containing, as an active ingredient, a TINAGL1 protein or a gene encoding the protein; and a medical use thereof. More specifically, it is ascertained that: the secretion of TINAGL1 increases in cancer-associated fibroblasts separated from a diffuse type gastric cancer tissue; TINAGL1 improves metastasis and tumor formation of diffuse type gastric cancer by activating FAK signaling of cancer cells; the increase in TINAGL1 expression is related to the prognosis of a diffuse type gastric cancer patient. Therefore, TINAGL1 can be provided as a biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis prediction of diffuse type gastric cancer, and a TINAGL1 expression or activity inhibitor can be provided as an effective agent for treating diffuse type gastric cancer.

Abstract: A method of segmenting topics of content according to an embodiment is configured to preprocess text data configured of content, and divide a plurality of utterances into two topic segmented bodies based on the preprocessed data. The preprocessing may be performed by processing the text data in a continuous form of the plurality of utterances, and calculating a conceptual similarity between utterances based on the processed data. The topic segmented bodies may be divided into two by calculating similarity cohesion for the two topic segmented bodies based on the conceptual similarity and a consistency metric while changing a segmentation point which distinguishes the two topic segmented bodies, and determining the segmentation point based on the similarity cohesion.
