Abstract:
The present invention relates to a membrane for Western blotting which has a three-dimensional open pore structure, an average pore diameter of 0.1-1.0 μm and a thickness of 30-200 μm, wherein the membrane for Western blotting is manufactured by subjecting nanofibers having an average fiber diameter of 50-1000 nm, obtained by electrospinning, to a hot-plate calendering process, and a method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises the steps of: dissolving a hydrophobic material in a solvent to prepare a spinning solution; subjecting the spinning solution to a spinning process to obtain a hydrophobic polymer nanofiber web; and calendering the obtained nanofiber web to obtain a membrane for Western blotting.
Abstract:
This disclosure relates to a system and method for managing a distribution channel of investment money of a customer, which includes a plurality of modules systematically disposed in a communication pipeline of an IM managing backbone server, so that when an IM rebalancing opportunity situation occurs, a plurality of units, possessed by a customer, is guided to form a set of IM rebalancing distribution channel networks where the units are densely connected each other like a mesh, so that a customer or IM management company may not simplify but diversify rebalancing paths of IPs or IP portfolio into various patterns and therefore effectively enjoy resultant economic benefits.
Abstract:
A method of transmitting a downlink control signal is disclosed, by which localized allocation and distributed allocation are efficiently used in transmitting a downlink control signal. The present invention includes multiplexing the downlink control signal in a manner of if there exists downlink data transmission to a prescribed UE, applying localized allocation to a transmission of the downlink control signal including the scheduling information on the uplink data transmission of the UE and applying distributed allocation to another transmission of the downlink control signal and transmitting the multiplexed downlink control signal.
Abstract:
An active level shift (ALS) driver circuit, a liquid crystal display device including the ALS driver circuit, and a method of driving the liquid crystal display device. A liquid crystal display device having a slim external black matrix may be provided by fabricating the ALS driver circuit using inverters and a transmission gate.
Abstract:
According to the present invention, a digital pre-distortion device and method for use in a dynamic spectrum allocation system, which uses a breadband frequency range, such as a cognitive radio (CR) system, are implemented. Also, while as conventional pre-distortion device only enable the linearization of a signal of a fundamental frequency band, the digital pre-distortion device and method according to the present invention enable not only the linearization of a basic signal on frequency fc, but also simultaneously enable the elimination of harmonic signals on the high frequencies of 2fc, 3fc, 4fc, etc. The digital pre-distortion device for a broadband power amplifier according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a nonlinear power amplifier; an equivalent amplifier model estimator; N pre-distorters; and a coefficient extractor for extracting the coefficients of the N pre-distorters.
Abstract:
A method for providing precoding weights for data symbols of data control subframes includes generating a downlink frame having control subframes which individually correspond to one of a plurality of downlink data subframes, and inserting weight information into each of the control subframes, such that the weight information is to be applied to data symbols present in the corresponding one of the data subframes. The method further includes transmitting the control subframes and the inserted weight information to a receiving device.
Abstract:
A display apparatus comprising a display unit and a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) provided in a backlight that illuminates the display unit, the display apparatus includes: a power supplier; a current detector which detects a value of a current flowing in each of the LEDs; a current adjusting unit which compares a target current value which is supplied to the LED with a current value detected by the current detector and controls the value of the current flowing in the LED; and a controller which determines the target current value based on grayscale information of a video signal which is displayed on the display unit, provides the target current value to the current adjusting unit, and provides a virtual target current value that is higher than the target current value to the current adjusting unit for a predetermined time period if the target current value is determined.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an apparatus and method for providing social magazine information. The method is configured such that an apparatus operating in conjunction with at least one user terminal provides social magazine information to a corresponding user terminal. In the method, a social magazine is dynamically reconstructed according to a context of a user of each user terminal. Customized information corresponding to the user terminal is provided based on the reconstructed social magazine. A community is formed among user terminals which share the reconstructed social magazine, and social magazine information is shared through the formed community.
Abstract:
A refresh control circuit is capable of activating a plurality of bank selection signals in response to a refresh command signal. Each of the plurality of bank selection signals is assigned to one of a plurality of bank groups. The refresh control circuit is configured to activate the plurality of bank selection signals when a refresh cycle selection signal is deactivated, and activate a part of the plurality of bank selection signals when the refresh cycle selection signal is activated.
Abstract:
A method for adaptively allocating resource can be simply implemented for reducing degradation of performance by effectively separating operations of sub-channel and time slot allocation and selection of modulation method and sequentially processing each of operations. A method for adaptively allocating resource in a communication system to sequentially process sub-carrier/time slot allocation and modulation method selection efficiently includes the step of a) computing average channel gains of sub-carriers/time slots for each user by using channel gains of sub-carriers/time slots for each user; b) computing average numbers of bits for each user by using required data rates and average channel gains of sub-carriers/time slots for each user; c) computing the number of sub-carriers/time slots allocated to each user and allocating the sub-carriers/time slots to each user; and d) selecting a modulation method with respect to each sub-carrier/time slot.
