Abstract: This invention relates to a lyocell material for a tobacco filter and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly to a lyocell fiber having a modified cross-section for a tobacco filter, wherein the cross-sectional shape of a monofilament contained in a lyocell fiber is controlled to increase the external surface area of the fiber, after which then crimps are formed, thereby exhibiting properties equal or superior to those of conventional lyocell materials, even when used in a small amount.

Abstract: In the present invention, a water-based wetting dispersant having an acid value of 5 mg KOH/g or more and an amine value of 10 mg KOH/g or less is used to dilute and disperse black carbon and a hydrophobic fluorine resin in an organic solvent to manufacture a slurry for microporous layer formation. In this regard, the added amount of the water-based wetting dispersant is adjusted to 5 to 30 parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts by weight of black carbon. In the present invention, the slurry is applied to at least one surface of carbon fiber paper and dried to form a microporous layer in which two independent peaks appear as analyzed on a particle size graph, followed by compression and deposition thereof to fabricate a gas diffusion layer including the microporous layer in which two independent peaks appear as analyzed on a particle size graph. With the appearance of two independent peaks on a particle size analysis graph, the gas diffusion layer of the present invention has an excellent drainage function, thereby increasing in the current value of the concentration polarization curve at the equivalent voltage value.

Abstract: A humidifier for a fuel cell is provided and includes a housing having, at a first side, a moist air supply port through which moist air is supplied from a fuel cell stack and having, at a second side, a moist air discharge port. A humidifying membrane is disposed in the housing and allows dry air to flow along the inside of the humidifying membrane. A bypass flow path is formed in the housing to allow a part of the moist air supplied to the moist air supply port to continuously flow to the moist air discharge port without passing through the humidifying membrane, thereby adjusting the amount of humidification and a differential pressure of the humidifier based on an operating condition of a fuel cell.

Abstract: Method for manufacturing artificial leather having excellent fastness and dyeing properties by using a dope-dyed polyester sea-island type composite yarn and artificial leather produced by the method are disclosed. A non-woven fabric is made of a dope-dyed polyester sea-island type composite yarn, to which an organic pigment and/or inorganic pigment is added. The yarn is impregnated with a polyurethane resin containing an organic and/or inorganic pigment, followed by weight reduction processing and dying with a disperse dye. The fabric/artificial leather expresses an uniform and deep color.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a nonwoven fabric having enhanced withdrawal force for a carpet backing fabric, which is composed of a nonwoven fabric comprising 50 to 90% by weight of polyester filaments having a melting point of 250° C. or higher and 10 to 50% by weight of low-melting point copolyester filaments having a melting point of 200° C. or lower. According to the present disclosure, a nonwoven fabric comprising low-melting point polyester fibers is used as a backing fabric and the thickness of the backing fabric is controlled, so that the withdrawal force of carpets is enhanced, thereby suppressing the falling out of BCF yarns from the carpet.

Abstract: This invention relates to a polyamide-imide precursor, a polyamide-imide obtained by imidizing the same, a polyamide-imide film, and an image display device including the film.
