    摘要: The present invention provides a technique, by which it is possible to obtain a liquid crystal display panel with high precision by forming very fine pattern of electroconductive film through linking of the areas with different widths, and it is also possible to reduce the number of processes. Like a wide-width electroconductive film and a narrow-width electroconductive film, most of the surface of an underlying film UW of a thin-film transistor substrate SUB1 is turned to lyophobic portion RA, and only the narrow-width gate electrode forming area is turned to lyophilic portion FA. An electroconductive ink is dropped evenly to the gate electrode forming area of the lyophilic portion FA, and a wide-width gate line is formed on the gate line forming area GLA of lyophobic portion RA by direct drawing of IJ. The film thickness of the ink films on the gate electrode forming area GTA and the gate line forming area GLA are controlled by adjusting a dropping amount of the ink on each area, and film thicknesses of these areas obtained on the liquid crystal display panel after baking are adjusted to be equal with each other.

The liquid crystal display device comprises a gate line GL with a gate electrode GT of thin-film transistor prepared on a first substrate SUB1 and used for applying a scan signal, a gate insulator film GI deposited to cover the gate line, a semiconductor layer nS/S formed in island-like shape on the gate insulator film and to constitute an active layer of the thin-film transistor, a source electrode SD1 and a drain electrode SD2 arranged on the gate insulator film and individually connected to said semiconductor layer, and a pixel electrode PX connected to the drain electrode SD2 wherein the gate line GL and the gate electrode GT, the source electrode SD1, the drain electrode SD2, and the pixel electrode PX are prepared by ink jet coating of a conductive solution in a region enclosed by banks G-BNK, SD-BNK, and P-BNK of the insulator film and by baking. A method for producing a circular polarization separation sheet including a step of obtaining on a substrate a photopolymerizable composition containing a liquid crystal compound, and a step of converting the coating layer into a resin layer having a cholesteric regularity, characterized in that the resin layer forming step includes: a selected ultraviolet light irradiation step (1) of irradiating the coating layer with a selected ultraviolet light having an illumination intensity of less than 10 mW/cm2 under a temperature at 20 to 40° C. for 0.1 to 6 seconds; a cholesteric regularity adjustment step (2) of changing a cycle of the cholesteric regularity in the coating layer; and a coating layer curing step (3) of curing the coating layer to form the resin layer having the cholesteric regularity, wherein the selected ultraviolet light irradiation step (1) and the cholesteric regularity adjustment step (2) are repeated more than once.
