    Abstract: An axial gap motor rotor opposes a stator in an axial direction. The axial gap motor rotor includes a rotor core and a magnet. The magnet is arranged on the rotor core. The magnet is configured so that one axial end includes magnetic poles that alternately change in a circumferential direction. The rotor core includes a base, which is located at a center in a radial direction, and radial extensions, which are extended from the base outward in the radial direction and arranged in the circumferential direction. The magnet is configured to at least partially overlap the radial extensions in the axial direction. The radial extensions are located to include a boundary of adjacent ones of the magnetic poles in the circumferential direction.

    Abstract: A DC motor includes a core, two bifurcated branching portions, an inner coil, and an outer coil. The core includes teeth. Each tooth includes a distal end and a basal end. The branching portions are located at the distal end. The inner coil is wound around the basal end. The outer coil is wound around each of the branching portions of the tooth and a branching portion of an adjacent one of the teeth. The inner coil and the outer coil each have a number of turns that is adjusted so that an inductance of the inner coil conforms to an inductance of the outer coil.

    Abstract: An armature includes plural core configuration members and plural insulators integrated with the core configuration members, each insulator including a coupling portion that couples a pair of insulation portions. The armature includes plural coil wires, each including a pair of wound portions wound onto respective core configuration members, and a crossing wire connecting the pair of wound portions. Plural armature configuration units are configured independently by integrating a pair of the core configuration members with each insulator and winding the coil wire onto the pair of core configuration members. Plural armature configuration sections are configured by combining two armature configuration units adjacent in the circumferential direction. In each armature configuration section, the coupling portion and the crossing wire of one armature configuration unit are side by side with the coupling portion and crossing wire of the other armature configuration units along a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the armature configuration section.

    Abstract: In a control apparatus, a magnetic flux information acquiring unit acquires magnetic flux information of magnetic poles of a rotating electric machine. A fundamental setting unit sets a fundamental command value for supplying a fundamental current to a winding of the rotating electric machine. A harmonic setting unit sets, based on the magnetic flux information acquired by the magnetic flux information acquiring unit, a harmonic command value for supplying a reduction current to the winding. The reduction current is a harmonic current for reducing variation in a radial electromagnetic force acting on a rotor of the rotating electric machine. An operating unit operates, based on the fundamental command value set by the fundamental setting unit and the harmonic command value set by the harmonic setting unit, an electric power converter to supply the winding with a drive current that is obtained by superimposing the reduction current on the fundamental current.

    Abstract: In a power window apparatus, which controls a lifting mechanism to drive a window glass from an opening position toward a closing position, a control unit is capable of executing: an automatic closing process that controls the lifting mechanism such that the lifting mechanism keeps driving the window glass until the window glass reaches the closing position; and a normal closing process that controls the lifting mechanism such that the lifting mechanism drives the window glass toward the closing position only throughout a time period of receiving a user operational input through an operation switch. The control unit executes only the normal closing process between the automatic closing process and the normal closing process when the operation switch receives the user operational input while the window glass is located within a predetermined section in a movable range of the window glass.

    Abstract: A wiper device is provided that suppresses plastic deformation of a blade rubber of a wiper blade without wasting power of a battery installed to a vehicle. A wiper device is equipped with wiper blades that wipe a vehicle front glass, a wiper motor that swings the wiper blades in alternating between an upper turn position and a lower turn position by accompanied rotation of the output shaft, and a control unit that controls the wiper motor. In a case of the vehicle ignition switch being ON or OFF, the control unit controls the wiper motor such that from a stopped position where the wiper blades are located, the wiper blades are swung in a specific range of between a first stopping position and a second stopping position, and then stopped.
