Disclosed is an automatic door actuator which comprises arithmetic unit for calculating a weight of a door, a distance of movement of the door and braking points of the door through learn control of door actuation which is effected once every time a power supply switch is turned on and irrespective of the on-off condition of a normal door actuation start switch; first memory for storing results of calculation by the arithmetic unit; second memory for previously storing various phase angles for starting operation, for deceleration braking operation and for predetermined low velocity control, corresponding to various weights of the door; whereby the control unit is responsive to the first memory to read out from the second memory the phase angles for starting operation, for deceleration braking operation and for predetermined low velocity control corresponding to the actual weight of the door determined in the learn control to thereby supply a trigger signal to semiconductor controlled rectifying elements in accordance with the read-out phase angles corresponding to the actual door weight and the distance of movement of the door and the braking points of the door determined in the learn control.

An analog input signal to be converted is subjected to first integration by an integrator and a reference signal opposite in polarity to the input analog signal is subjected to second integration by the integrator. After the integrator output has passed a predetermined level, a reference signal opposite in polarity to the abovesaid reference signal is subjected to third integration by the integrator for a predetermined period of time and then a reference signal of the same polarity as that in the second integration is subjected to fourth integration by the integrator at a rate of an integral fraction of the integration rate in the second integration. In the second integration, clock pulses are counted by a counter but the counting is interrupted for a period of time substantially twice as long as the third integration period and, in the fourth integration, the counting is performed at a counting stage of one lower order.

The merging operation in which image data is merged with text data is simplified whereby the operator can make applications with a simple operation without special skill and knowledge when an application document is transmitted and received on line. The terminal equipment includes a text converting portion for converting the external format of text data into the internal format of the terminal equipment and for retrieving the converted text data, a procedure generation processing portion for merging the retrieved text data with a procedure, a text processing portion and paragraph number assigning portion for editing the merged text and image data within the terminal equipment, a text checking portion for checking the text of the edited procedure document, a transmission file generating portion for converting the format of the checked procedure document into a transmission format, and an online application portion for transmitting the data in the transmission format to the outside of the terminal equipment.

A torque limitation control unit determines from torque control value and vehicular speed whether limiting a torque by the torque control unit should be alleviated, and if so the torque limitation control unit activates a signal for a predetermined period of time. When the signal is activated, the torque control unit stops reducing the torque control value and fixes the torque control value to be constant.

A process for preparing a fluorine-containing polymer through emulsion polymerization method which enhances productivity while maintaining excellent physical properties of the fluorine-containing polymer and comprises (a) a first polymerization step for emulsion-polymerizing a fluorine-containing monomer or a mixture of a fluorine-containing monomer and a non-fluorine-containing monomer in an aqueous medium in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator and an emulsifying agent, (b) a dilution step for diluting the obtained aqueous emulsion of polymer particles with water to reduce the number of emulsified polymer particles per unit amount of aqueous medium in the emulsion and a concentration of emulsifying agent, and (c) a second polymerization step for emulsion-polymerizing a fluorine-containing monomer and/or a non-fluorine-containing monomer in the obtained diluted emulsified solution.
