Abstract: A power module includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a first heat sink, a second heat sink, and a chip that are disposed opposite to each other. The chip is disposed between the first heat sink and the second heat sink that are disposed opposite to each other. The first heat sink and the second heat sink are connected to the chip through sintering or welding. The first substrate and the second substrate are respectively connected to the first heat sink and the second heat sink through welding or sintering.

Abstract: A temperature control apparatus and a temperature control system include at least one liquid storage device for storing liquid, at least two liquid supply devices, and a controller. Each liquid supply device is connected to the at least one liquid storage device through a first multiport valve to obtain liquid and is connected to a temperature regulating device through a second multiport valve. The controller is configured to control the first multiport valve and the second multiport valve that are connected to the controller to be conducted or not to be conducted. When the first multiport valve and the second multiport valve are conducted, each liquid supply device outputs the obtained liquid to the temperature regulating device. The temperature regulating device regulates a temperature of the liquid injected by each liquid storage device, and then supplies the liquid to at least one battery system.

Abstract: A power generation system, a power converter, and a switch assembly. The plurality of positive input ports and the plurality of negative input ports are configured to electrically connect the switch assembly to an external direct current source, and the switch assembly is electrically connected to the power device through a trace on the circuit mainboard. The switch assembly includes a plurality of first pins and a plurality of second pins, the plurality of first pins are located in a first region, the plurality of second pins are located in a second region, the first region and the second region are stacked in a first direction. The controller is configured to send a switch-off signal to the switch assembly when the external direct current source or the power device is faulty. The power converter provided can resolve a problem of a short circuit occurring during condensation.

A gap exists between the partition and blocking assembly and the second side wall, or the partition and blocking assembly is provided with a through hole.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a voltage conversion circuit, a control method, a DC/DC converter and a device. The soft start module is configured to connect the first battery and the output filter capacitor, so that the first battery charges the output filter capacitor.

Abstract: A solid-state transformer includes a first phase circuit and a low-voltage side auxiliary power supply. The first phase circuit has an input end connected to a single-phase medium-voltage alternating current, and an output end connected to an output end of a low-voltage direct current. The first phase circuit includes N power units. Input ends of the N power units in the first phase circuit are connected in series and are connected to the single-phase medium-voltage alternating current.
